Cupid's Closet Brentwood Adult Store & Sex Shop

We ordered products online in July of 2025. The products were never sent. They charged my credit card, but never sent any product. I have called five times since July, every time being told a manager or owner will return my call to resolve the issue. After the first call, a manager said she’d send the products. She did not. Every subsequent call has resulted in no returned calls to my messages. Online messages are also ignored. This company does not value their clients, and will take your money without sending a thing. Only buy in store, or don’t buy from them at all, that’s my advice. Reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Update: we called yet again, and this time we did get in touch with a manager who was very kind and promised to send our products immediately, along with a few extra items for our trouble. I’ll update this review when the items arrive.

Cupid’s Closet is hands down the best sex store in Los Angeles! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful, clean, and welcoming the store is. Daniel the owner is so sweet and really cares about making sure you leave happy. The staff always makes me feel totally comfortable (which is rare in a sex shop) and actually helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. They carry a huge selection of luxury toys, lingerie, and wellness products that you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re shopping solo or with a partner, this is the place to go. It’s like an Apple Store of Sex! Seriously, if you’re looking for a high-end, classy sex store experience in Los Angeles, you have to check out Cupid’s Closet.

Omg I love this store so much! Brittany and her Daniel are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable in this store! This is their second location and has everything u could ask for! The Apple Store of sex shops! Cupid’s closet is not only a store with an incredible selection of products, their employees are super knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. There is literally no judgement here, it’s so refreshing. Shoutout to Fantajia who made the best recommendations and was so accommodating. You can find the best brands for toys and lubes here. They carry Moxie and the Womanizer, iykyk. They also carry brands like Foria Wellness and High on Love if you’re looking to heighten your experience in the bedroom. There’s a great selection of books and games for partnered play, and an array of lingerie for all body sizes. They have a parking lot! With an entrance to their store right from the lot

I placed an online order for $500 on 12/26 and never received the items, a followup email or call. I spoke to someone in the store who assured me a call back and nothing. Scam-- would not recommend.
