Cupid's Closet LAX Adult Store & Sex Shop

After ordering three products that said they were available online, that were not available in our local area, we received a message that the products were not, in fact, available. We were offered comparable products, and agreed to accept the comparable products. Nothing was ever sent. We’ve attempted to contact the store repeatedly over the past 4.5 months, both by phone and email, each time being told an owner or manager would call us to resolve the issue, and not once have we received a return call or email. Nor has our order ever arrived. Buyer beware! Ordering online may mean a donation to the company with nothing to show for it. I have been very patient and kind with this company, but they have taken full advantage of that, and online consumers need to be aware. They may have excellent in-store service, but it does not extend beyond that. If we don’t receive a response today, they can explain to our credit card company why they accepted payment without delivering any products, and the BBB will have another complaint against them. This is absolutely unacceptable business practices.

I went to Cupid’s Closet LAX for a warranty question on my rabbit. Madison not only explained to me the process but she actually helped me step by step in submitting my request for a product replacement from the rabbit company. Madison also answered all my other questions regarding different sex toys. She provided exceptional and very friendly customer service. If you’re looking for a sex shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff, go to Cupid’s closet and look for Madison.

As soon I walked in I found the presentation of the store to be cute and well put together. The sales associate ( I presume she is the owner) working the store during the time I arrived (day), greeted me upon entrance and allowed me to glance around before asking if I needed any immediate help. Initially I thought she was not going to engage me but, I ended up appreciating the opportunity to browse a little first. The sales associate turned out to be very helpful. She was able to answer my questions about the different items I was interested in and seemed enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with me. In comparison to other adult stores I have visited recently, this one seemed to have a wide array of items and luxury end adult toys and attire. Surely, there is something to also accommodate anyones budget. They also have a loyalty program which, is something I look for when in a store that I am considering visiting frequently. I will be visiting this store again and probably will bring a friend a long with me!

Stumbled upon this gem and so glad we did! Nalani and Barbie were amazing, making us feel totally comfortable and offering fantastic recommendations. Definitely a 10/10 experience – we'll be back!
