I have had the pleasure of being serviced here twice. Once when my skin was doing great, and once again months later when my hormonal acne was freaking out! Both times Tiana did what she felt was best for each situation and addressed my specific needs. As someone who suffers from PCOS, I never know when my hormones will betray my diligent skin routine. Nonetheless, she got me together. My last service was the "Omakase" Facial and I felt like it was customized to my particular skin needs and acne flare ups. Both appointments I’ve had I feel so much better when I leave due to her relaxing demeanor and judgement free environment that is clean and comfortable.

First and foremost, I am thoroughly impressed with Ms. Tiana's professionalism as well as her knowledge on the service that I was receiving. It was my first time receiving the PerfectDerma Peel and Ms. Tiana was able to be upfront and honest with me about the process. She answered every question with such clarity and patience and walked me through the entire process with such ease. She took her time explaining in depth every aspect of what she was doing which I truly appreciated. Even though it was my first time experiencing a chemical peel, I left feeling exceptionally confident for the upcoming days ahead. The entire process was extremely smooth, so much so that I have already started ony second chemical peel! I am so excited to see my final results thanks to Ms. Tiana!!!!

I’ve been to Spa 31 Sixteen three times now, starting with facials and most recently a chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Taina takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, makes thoughtful recommendations based on your skin’s actual needs (not upselling), and genuinely cares about your results. Her space is welcoming, her technique is excellent, and I always leave feeling confident that my skin is in the best hands. Yesterday, 1/17/26, I had the pleasure of seeing Tiana at Spa 31 Sixteen for a facial, and it was truly an incredible experience. This was my first facial ever, and I’m 48 years old — but let me tell you, her hands are magic. It honestly felt like tiny little people working on my face in the most relaxing, heavenly way. From the moment I laid down, the entire environment was perfection. The calming water sounds, dim lighting, and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to completely unwind. Tiana herself is absolutely lovely — her voice is soft, her energy is gentle, and her presence is so calming. I finally understand when people say, "I have my esthetician and I love her." I truly feel like I’ve found my person. Tiana is also incredibly knowledgeable. She shared her perspective on my skin concerns, which I completely agreed with, and she already has a plan in mind for how we’re going to tackle them together. That level of care and confidence means everything. I left feeling so relaxed, cared for, and special — and my skin felt amazing. This place is a 20/10 for me. I cannot wait to schedule my microneedling appointment with her. Thank you, Tiana, for such a beautiful experience.

Tiana is amazing! I had a SkinPen Microneedling session and it was incredible from start to finish. You can tell how passionate she is by how she educates, consults, and goes over the producure with her clients. The process felt pain free and her environment is such a relaxing place. My results are looking great by following her at-home care instructions. As a melanated woman in the 757, I would highly reccomend Spa 31 Sixteen for your skincare journey needs. I went in for a consultation and was welcomed with warmth and professionalism! She listened to everything I needed help with (fine lines/wrinkles/acne) and got me scheduled for a facial within 2 days!
