I have visited several Korean bath houses nationwide and this was the most disappointing one. Customer Service: First time here and I ask the front desk clerk do they give tours so that I know what is in the facility. She says with manager next to her" No, we cannot do tours because people are walking around naked". I said if I am about to go back inside, I am suppose to wander aimlessly? She says, "there are people back there to help". My point: I had to wall around several stories of this location with no clue where to go. Signs lead to places that were not accurate locations and the layout was weird and not simple to follow. Amenities: Salon is outside of the facility, so you have to go on there first with all your items or go in and come back out. They allow people to wear shoes. No one followed the No cameras policy. They are stingy with towels and you have to wear a robe everywhere. Except.. in the pool area where the hot tubs there was full of foam because someone wore hygiene products in it. Yuck. Hair in drains everywhere, but had the nerve to be grabbing towels every chance the "staff" had. Mold oresent near the wet sauna on ceiling. Also mold in wet sauna on floor. I would not visit again. The Cleanliness then having to understand a 10,000 square foot floor plan is crazy. Food was amazing. Had spicy beef Bulgogi and passion fruit slush. The cook older Asian guy was great spirited and very patient me. Unlike the front door staff. The black guy on checkout was great at multitasking. Sorry I do not know names, no name tags.

A great way to spend my birthday! My friend and I had the most wonderful time here. Definitely worth the price and you can stay up to 7 hours with hour service. I got the body scrub and massage and it was heaven. The co-ed areas are nice and everyone was friendly but also respectful and quiet in general. Going to make this a monthly thing

Sauna itself is nice but it would have been even better if the Asian male worker wouldn't give me an attitude of "I am tired of you and I hate you" and instead just be a little more polite and friendly and maybe even smile a little. Also, when I visited this my place, someone started masturbating right in the dry sauna room - this is insane.

This was my first time here and we arrived around 1030 on a Saturday. The first two hours it felt like we had the place to ourselves and it was lovely. There were a variety of rooms and lots to move around to. We had lunch as well and really liked there cashless system of paying. Around 1pm it started to get more crowded and unfortunately really loud. Even though there were signs for quiet areas it wasn't. I am not sure the staff could really control this but it was hard for my friend to enjoy her treatment when there were women laughing and on phones in jacuzzi next to her. Overall I think the day pass for 35 is worth it if you arrive early and avoid crowds. My friend had the aroma treatment and did like the oils they used too. Avoid later times after 2pm if possible if you want more of a relaxing experience.

Stopped by for a second time while in the area- first time a few years ago. Well maintained and organized, clean and spacious. Locker rooms are equipped for shaving, hair and hygiene, everything you would expect to get ready. Except the towel situation is unclear do you ask front desk for another? I have not been able to experience the pool since I arrived out of hours, but there is a plung pool and hot tubs in the locker rooms. Uniforms provided for the mixed area. The Clay room was extremely hot and couldn't stay in for more than a minute. It is calm at night but also noticeably quiet in the various rooms, spa music would enhance the experience in those areas. I was hoping to have a nap after relaxing in the hot tub, sauna and steam room. But the "sleeping/relaxing" rooms pictured on the website were either no longer there or on the female locker side. There are only mats, which is awkward to stack to make a functional support for western nap. The loungers pictured were more for reading in the relaxation room, and the lay flat lounge was still around but just in the middle of the locker room. I asked the front desk for a blanket since I got the over night pass, and that did make it a tiny bit more comfortable for a nap once I stacked mats but I wouldn't know if that would be effective if it is a busy day. The sleep room was unfortunately off the locker room and supply closet so while the cleaning was appreciated, the noise was not. There was one massage chair room that gave a good massage for $5/10min. A good option for a quick layover or after-event stop.

I was here the other day, I really liked the spa! It's very big, there's a pool and a jacuzzi. It's quiet, calm and most importantly clean! I really liked the room with Himalayan salt! The food is a separate 5 stars, it was very tasty and I really liked the green juice, what you need in a spa! Very friendly staff

I want to start by saying this is a 5 Star Pl. however when I visited yesterday, amen had somehow gotten into the spa without going through the front door and dripped off on a woman in a sleeping room. The staff kept me quiet and the police were not called and I was very disappointed about this. I’ve been attending this far for many many years and I’ve never had a problem, but just the fact that they did not call the police and report this as they should is a problem.
