This is the second time I've been in there in the last month and I wasn't acknowledged in any way. Last time I practically had to beg someone to let me pay for my stuff. This time I just left without buying anything. Didn't want to interrupt their important phone time. I might try again in a few months or just stick with Hot Topics. They at least greeted me.

Not only was I not greeted when I entered the store but no one even talked at all. Not a single associate out of the 3 in the store this evening looked up from their phone to ask how I was doing or if I needed any assistance. Just not professional

Such awesome weird stuff. There is also some adult stuff so ladies if you want to bring some gummy P****'s to work this is where to go. Don't forget a set of Tarot cards to scare your boss with.

I went in to buy my son a backpack. The staff couldn't answer basic questions about the sale they were advertising. They tried to call someone in charge on their day off & I insisted they didn't do that. The sale price was still a high price for a backpack but it's the one my son wanted. It didn't even last 30 days before it unraveled & got a big hole, zipper stopped working & I had to spend more money on another. I won't purchase from there ever again considering the quality of the merchandise.

I could spend so much money here! They have many great items! Anything from games, backpacks, blankets, jewelry, clothing and more. I would not recommend bringing your kids here! But if you're a teenager or an adult this is the place for you

Had exactly what we needed. Wonderful employees always smiling, friendly and helpful. Great selection of jewelry.
