Nice hotel off 75. Hotel was clean and room was comfy. We chose a room with one bedroom, living area and kitchen and a pet was able to stay with us for an extra few. If needing to stay more than one night, this hotel is perfect for the budget. The stand alone chair in the room could have used a good cleaning, but everything was great. Hotel itself was quiet and breakfast was good. Items were being stocked and cleaned. Food temp could have been a bit hotter. There were plenty of choices. Loved the additives for your eggs and oatmeal/ yogurt bar. There is construction ( a new hotel going up next door) so that may be disruptive if you require daytime sleep when they start the actual building. There are a few restaurants close, and the staff was absolutely outstanding. Would stay again.

This was our stopping point as we travelled through Chattanooga. We have stayed here every year for the past 3-4 years. Our most recent stay was Dec 21, 2025. Sadly it is no more. The hotel was great back years ago, but has now changed management and quality has fallen. Our main issue was with cleanliness and sanitation. We arrived about 10:30pm on Sunday evening. Checked in our room and our two kids unfolded the sofa bed and could not believe the disgust. The front desk clerk gave us 2 different rooms to try since the first rooms' fold out bed looked like a crime scene. I don't believe housekeeping ever looked at the fold out bed. The second room was worst and finally the third room was clean and acceptable. Two of the three rooms had sofa beds that showed large stains and smelled of urine and other fecal matter, in addition to kids clothes in the bed, tissue and a wrist band from somewhere. Completely unacceptable. Pics below exactly as we found it for reference.

I had an amazing birthday stay, rooms were a 10/10 Everyone was so helpful and accommodating especially Robert he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All around great guy and amazing worker you can really tell he cares about his job loved him!! Breakfast was a 10/10 MANY options for all types of eaters and CRUNCHY ICE Hot tub and pool 10/10 Work out room 10/10 RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

The hotel is older, but clean. I booked specifically for the pool- finding a hotel with an indoor pool in November limits my options for my morning swim. The pool was clean and well-maintained.||Some corrosion on the faucets and details in our room, but everything worked and was clean. The front desk provided dishwasher tablets when asked- super nice that we didn’t have to hand wash dishes.||The breakfast was a bit small, but provided yogurt with cut fruit, omelettes, and scones (among with the usual cereals, breads, and make-your-own waffle machine). The buffet was attended to constantly by staff, so even though there was a large group of children in the area when I went down for breakfast, it was kept clean and refilled.||Check-in and parking was simple. Check in first to get your parking pass. Lots of space in the parking lot.||The two elevators both worked great.||The only issue I had was that the blackout curtains only covered about a fourth of the window. That meant that light from the streetlights poured into our room and there was no way to prevent it. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest booking elsewhere.||The rates per room are pretty good if you consider the indoor pool and closeness to the convention center (literally a few steps from the front door).||My husband and I walked around the area late Saturday night and felt perfectly safe. Well-lit sidewalks and maintained landscaping in the area. The hotel is nicely situated, the Walker Theater was only a 20-minute walk. An excellent ramen restaurant was only a 15-minute walk (on the way to the theater), but it is first-come, first-serve — so get there early!||Overall, I would likely stay here again if we visit Chattanooga.

My husband had a great stay here! We had been on the road for 17 hours and were so ready to get a good nights sleep. The bed was super comfortable and very clean and fresh. Blake Ayers was the employee who greeted us and checked us out in the morning and was very friendly. He gave our dog some treats and we made another reservation for on our way back home because of our experience here. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place had many very bad things going on. We called before renting to make sure the indoor pool was heated. They said yes and it was freezing. The hot tub was nasty and then broke down. The so called couch bed didn't have a mattress on it. Just a cover on rails. The room was full of roaches. Last but not least, it was expensive and we could have gotten a much better place for half the price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Staybridge Suites in Chattanooga. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable and far below basic health and cleanliness standards. Roaches were everywhere — in our room, throughout the hallways, in the elevator, and even on the ceiling as you walked down the hall. We also encountered bed bugs, along with visible mold and overall filthy conditions. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The hot tub was disgusting and clearly not maintained. To make matters worse, there was an overnight power outage that affected multiple rooms, adding even more discomfort to an already terrible experience. This stay was shocking for a hotel under this brand and completely not worth the price. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid this location.
