Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery

Swizzle was AMAZING! I would leave more stars if I could. The cocktails were all well balanced and you could taste the freshness in the ingredients. They make a deconstructed piña colada that’s a MUST try! Jeremy and Ami were our bartenders - or, rather - our cocktail connoisseurs 🙂 and they did a great job of talking us through the drinks we were ordering so we could have the best experience. I can’t wait to come back to Miami so I can come back and try more of their menu options. 10/10 recommended.

If you're in the Miami Beach area, head to this spot. Well balanced craft cocktails are offered, and they are tasty. A mixologists approach to the drink is taken, as fresh ingredients are prepared in-house. This place is a hidden gem. Cocktails only, so plan solid sustenance accordingly. Pull up a seat and enjoy a great staff and great drinks. Cheers and I'll see you there!

Coming into this place was a great experience. Maria was extremely attentive, not just to us but to everyone else around us. The drinks were phenomenal. I was concerned with the presentation. I thought they might be all flare and no substance, but they did not disappoint.

Fabulous atmosphere, fantastic cocktails and the best bartender! We are bourbon drinkers and don’t like drinks that are too sweet so we were hesitant as this speakeasy specializes in rum and pina coladas. We started with the Old Marley which is a twist on an old fashioned with Rye and dark rum…and smoked! Soooo delicious! My husband got the Presidente with dark rum, vermouth and pomegranate. Delish! The place and the bartender was so fun we stayed for a second round and decided to try the pina colada that comes with a sweet goat cheese chaser. Say what!? Ok - we are now Swizzler pina colada believers. What a combo. If you are in South Beach, you must find the Swizzlers Speak Easy!

Bar shaped by craft rather than trend, where every surface bore the quiet confidence of rustic charm. polished wood worn smooth and fixtures dulled just enough to feel earned. Underground , half hidden from the city above, lit low intentionally. The air carried the intimacy of a Prohibition era conspiratorial but reverent freedom. Amazing speakeasy, the atmosphere and vibes here are top tier! The music, ambience, and drinks are something to die for! Came here more than once on my trip here to Miami! Also Micheal and the other servers are really personable and even remembered us when we came back 🙂 I highlt recommend the Sip-Bite-Sip for first timers here!

I had three cocktails here… the Hurricane was nondescript. Floridita daiquiri delicious. And the Rhum swizzle with JM and watermelon shrub phenomenal. The bar is nice inside. The only quibble is getting inside. The entrance can be a lot nicer
