The Club Car

Solid bar. Times are changing and for olds like me, this is a totally new kind of bar. Mind you, I frequented the Hippo 25 years ago. This bar was fun, not too loud and friendly. Drinks are a little "fancy" and pricey compared to a good ole V&T at Leon's for 5 bucks but the service was nice and the drink tasty. The bar was not terribly busy the night we were there, I would like to come back some time to see it thriving.

I had an incredible time at The Club Car! The decor is stunning, creating a one-of-a-kind vibe that enhances the whole experience. We attended a jazz show, but the venue offers a wide range of events and performers to suit every taste. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. And the cocktails—simply top-notch! The selection is excellent and pairs perfectly with the ambiance. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable night out!

The Club Car fosters an fun environment where anyone can feel included and comfortable, even for someone like me who doesn’t drink. Anytime anyone visits from out of town this is the first place I show them. We need more places like this in the community!

Cute spot with karaoke on the weekends! The bartenders were also very friendly and recommended good IPA’s since we are from Texas.

Amazing atmosphere and cozy environment; with a dope DJ. Came on a Friday to see the drag show and the fantasy did not disappoint!!!

This is the most fun bar I have ever been to. The vibe is magical. I was here one night for an opening and met this cool purple hair lady named Beth. We talked and apparently she helps curate the gallery there. Such a cool lady and very funny! The drinks are great and they even have mock tails too! Everything is spectacular about this space.

Awesome queer bar, great music, plenty of NA selections, and free pool!
