We are Slightly Obsessed Studios... PROUD creators of the Modesto Roadsters and Cruiser the Fox! Their's was the PERFECT venue for the new team name announcement. The museum's community support and wonderful representation our local history, is such a gem of the city and does not go unnoticed. ❤️ ⚾
Very nice spot for classic car viewing. No admission fee but donations are welcome. Definitely would come again and donate some more to see additional car and theme
I was so excited to bring my husband here for his birthday since it encompasses everything he loves. We drove for over an hour one way (3 hours round trip) just for this. Nothing was posted on social media about being closed, and their Google listing said they were open, I checked their hours many times to make sure they would be open. Yet, much to our dismay, we showed up and the museum was closed. We were able to walk in the side and see a few cars, but there was some kind of event happening so we didn't stay around long. There wasn't much to see in the tiny portion that was open anyways. Super disappointing and really upsetting because I had been looking forward to surprising him with this trip out here for over a month since I first learned of this museum's existence. We may make our way back someday but for now I'm still upset. That said, the cars we were able to see are really cool and I definitely think the museum would be worth seeing had we actually been able to.
Great cars and they are planning expansions.
Although it's still not complete yet, it was a treat to see the museum and hear about the exciting plans they have for it. I've attached pics and can't wait until it opens! Currently open Fridays and Saturdays.
The museum is still work in progress, they're working to bring new cars and improve the inventory of items. There is still some good items to see, very short visit. They have restrooms inside as well and free parking.
Yesterday and today were the open house premiere days for the new Graffiti USA Classic Car museum. It’s an incredible transformation of remodeling it has gone through in the last year. Lots of sponsors and many volunteers have stepped up to help in the process of making this a diamond to Modesto. Once completed this will attract visitors and tourists from all over the country and may be even the world. After all Modesto is were the graffiti cruise began as memorialized in the movie George Lucas produced, American Graffiti . You will probably recognize three of the cars on display that are identical to the ones in the movie. The museum is reliant primarily on donations the contributions of all kinds. They can use all the help they can get. What’s the what I would guess to be over 100 cars on display I could be snapping photos all day but for the benefit of space I’d limit it to these nine
