I've been a Photo Lab customer for about ten years and love the shop! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They serve both kinds of photographers: digital and film. It's also a great place to make prints, as they keep their printer in top shape for excellent quality. The Photo Lab should be a go-to destination for anyone interested in photography. They have a nice selection of both new and used cameras and lenses, as well.

I’m a bit upset and I never really leave reviews but being that this is my passion, it just hit a bit harder than usual. The owner is very nice although I’m disappointed at the service. I went to this place being that the reviews were great, I was told my photos from my film camera would be done within 3 weeks and at the time he told me the first week of august (which we are in now) that the photos would be done. Called shop and got a message that the store will be closed until the 17th of August. Would’ve been nice to get a call or something to be aware. I explained that this is my first time getting my photos developed and this was just a bad experience. I just feel like there should be an open line of communication when it comes to things like this.

A few years ago I purchased our first SLR from here. Their prices are very competitive, and their knowledge by far exceeds any of their competitors. More recently I have used them for digitizing slides. Their turnaround is quick, and they offered 4000dpi images and prints at a very reasonable price. Why would I ever go to a big-box store to buy photography equipment and supplies?

Always a friendly place. The staff is real professional. They've been in business for years, so their wealth of knowledge in everything that has to do with photography is second to none. You can go to The Big Box store and save $10 bucks, where they're going to pull some twenty-year-old kid out of the stockroom to help you with a major purchase, or you can go to a couple of guys that know exactly what they're talkin about, they know exactly what you need, and they're not going to try to sell you something that isn't right for you.

While you might not get the discounts associated with buying gear off amazon, the service and advice from the crew here makes it well worth the minor difference in cost. I bought a flash unit and associated accessories, and the staff was very helpful in making a selection and giving advice about making the best use of it. It's also one of the few photo labs left in the capital region - I highly recommend visiting them.

This is a nice little local shop. They have photo developing equipment as well as other things that you could use with a camera. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and they taught me some things about film developing and how to get started. Overall, I would definitely reccomend you go here if you are into analog photography!

Last of the great pro camera shops in this area. I recently returned to film photography and Photo-Lab still has 120 film and darkroom chemicals. You can buy cheaper elsewhere but you won't get better products, knowledge or service
