The Spacebar

A chill bar and music venue with a fun, hole-in-the-wall vibe. The theme and decorations give it a lot of character, and there’s a solid variety of beer on tap at decent prices. The staff were friendly and easygoing and the music sounded good for a small venue; maybe a touch on the loud side but otherwise a great spot to catch local or up-and-coming bands. Overall, a really solid venue that’s perfect for a relaxed night out with good music and drinks.

man, I just really respect the folks who work here & the new owner. gotta respect an owner who supports his staff, the artists who play, & the patrons who are reasonable.

One of the best bars in Columbus! If you like rock, punk rock, live music, this is a place for you. Come prepared to tip well, my favorite bartender is TJ. They host a unique punk rock karaoke, 80s vinyl dance night and goth night every month. I appreciate that is more than one restroom.
