Waitress was really, really nice. Service was slow, took about an hour to receive food, burgers not cooked to temp, wrong side item delivered, one side of the Cubana sandwich literally was just bread. Overpriced for what you get

Absolute chaotic hot mess in there. Understaffed, overpriced . Made them aware of a food allergy, waitress assured me they will remove the sausage from the skillet breakfast meal and add bacon instead . Food comes out with both meats in it, we tell the waitress and she pretty much shrugs and walks away. No correct food ever came out. I left for a 3 hour ride starving . This whole hotel needs help , it’s dirty , has no staff & the grounds are not of Hilton quality .

We stayed at hotel Sunday night decided to have dinner at bar. Bartender was pleasant and efficient food was good. The 5 is for the bartender. Howard the server was sick. Walking around wiping nose with his bare hands while waiting on tables delivering food touching rolled silverware and making drinks without washing hands. Putting mask on taking mask off.. Now husband and I are sick.Maybe just a Coincident, however sick people need to stay home. Use tissues wash hands and don't do this in the middle of dining room. We went to eat breakfast the next day until we seen Howard and we turned around and went elsewhere. I get the fact people have to work, however be mindful for others

Happy Hour is only $2 off beers and liquor. The food is subpar. Will only recommend buying a burger or the sliders. The rest of the menu is overpriced even for a onsite hotel restaurant. Stay clear of the yuca fries by far the worst item on the menu. Red Snapper is small. Fries can be hit or miss. Always something about whoever is the kitchen will determine rather you have a great experience or really bad one. For context I ate here 4 out 7 days during my stay. I didn’t have transportation so it was generally go to for dinner. It was never consistent and service is really slow.

I had some of the best fish and chips here, and that is my favorite. I am from Seattle which is famous for their fish and chips. It took me back to home it was so good. I really appreciated Cara's recommendations. Their white chocolate raspberry cheese cake is sinful good! The cheese cake was the best desert I ever had, hands down. And the chocolate layer cake is very good as well. Also the burrata cheese in the Heirloom tomato plate is quite impressive. (This is coming from a cheese snob who likes to make their own soft cheese) Cara was very friendly and exceeded our expectations. After 5 days of Terrible service on our cruise, Cara was the light that brought us out of it.

9 pm on a Thursday. Huge stretches of time with literally no one behind the bar. When someone is present, they are focused on every task other than serving customers.

Dismal hotel bar without any charm. Bartender is nice and efficient, the food looks good but is not great. The fries are the worst I have ever eaten!
