TOKYO FOOT SPA

I walked out in the middle of the massage. The man had long nails and was digging them into my skin. He was also wearing a mask and coughing the entire time. I tried to stick it out and enjoy it but half way through I couldn't take it anymore. He was basically petting me. When I tried to leave the man at the front demanded I pay for it since I stayed half way through. He screamed at me and made a scene. It was embarrassing. Shame as they used to be great.

I will give this place a 5-star if not for the rude male receptionist. He gives an attitude on the phone if you ask questions about their services and he was rude on the check out as well. Good thing that Tony, the massage therapist gave an amazing service. He provided just the right pressure and was able to target my knots on the shoulders and neck. For the back massage, you can have an option of having an acupressure or an oil massage. Hot stones and warm towel were applied after the massage which made it very soothing. The foot massage was also very delightful. If you’re looking for a strong pressure, you got to try Tony!

I had an uncomfortable foot pain I no relief for the whole week. Also my shoulders get stiff. I got a same day appointment & got service with Bob. The environment was clean, he did an excellent job. I didn't know anyone else was in the room. Individual service was great! 30 min my shoulders, 25 min my feet. I came out feeling like a new person.

Very relaxing massage, I love this place, I am never disappointed, everyone give very good massage, but Max is the best in my opinion. Everyone is very friendly and the place is very clean, the prices are very affordable, my favorite massage is option B (60 min, foot and back massage). They keep the room dark and a nice environment to sleep in.

I'm sorry to say I've been here off and on since they've opened. Unfortunately the last three times were not great. The guy was nothing great at all. Not remembering his name unfortunately I got stuck with him the last two times. As I laid there looking around as people were done around me I watched the employees literally take the towels that were on the chairs fix them back up properly and fold the used towels from the person prior. That really turned my stomach to see that people were laying on the same towels the person before was sweating on. I can't believe when I went to the front and told the receptionist he told me they don't change the towels all the time. I asked him the bottom ones on the chairs and the ones that you put on top of people including the towels on their faces. He laughed and told me it's not necessary to change it all the time. I then told him that's disgusting that it should be changed between each client. He laughed about it I asked for the owner/ manager to call me he said he will let her know about the problem she can take care of it I asked again what her name was he told me Christy I told him that I would like a phone call from her. I can't believe what I saw today.

Amazinggggg massage! Relaxing environment in a room with other people getting massages. Loved how they rinse your feet off in water. Amazing price point too. Will come again.

Great service and the price was right! A bit deep tissue and thought I’d be sore, but nope my legs actually felt refreshed during my walk! He worked out all the kinks and I feel good. Happy Birthday to me and I’ll be back!
