The nachos appetizer was delicious! It was huge, so perfect for 3 of us to share. I also had the pizza with pine nuts (can't remember the name) but it was also great. We’ll definitely be going back!
My husband and I, along with several friends, used to eat here weekly and often placed to-go orders as well. We genuinely loved this place and it was our regular hangout. Unfortunately, about five months ago we started noticing a decline in food quality, and the service became consistently poor. It was really disappointing, especially since this had been one of our favorite spots. We decided to give it another shot today—honestly only because Turtle Mountain was closed—and it ended up being a waste of $50. Three separate groups walked in while we were there and were not greeted or invited to find a seat. Our server neglected our table, even though the place was mostly empty at 2:30 PM. Our food sat on the counter for an extended period of time waiting to be delivered. The owner remained seated at the bar and did not acknowledge guests or welcome anyone into the taproom. We eventually had to wave him down to let him know our food had been waiting. Instead of bringing it himself, he waved over the same employee who had already passed by the food several times. My wings tasted like they had freezer burn, which was especially disappointing because they used to be my favorite item on the menu. Save your money. We’ve since been enjoying the Local Brew House—better burgers, welcoming employees, and a much better overall experience.
The pizza is amazing! It had pepperoni, green chile, pinon. It was cheesy and delicious. Bad thing, no service on the patio. The table on the patio hadn't been cleaned (there were cigarette butts on it). We are outside because inside had very loud music playing. I'll go back, amd recommend.
Food was great! Service was amazing! Our waitress went above & beyond! The drinks went down nice and smooth and the overall atmosphere was warm & cozy. We will definitely be back!
Grateful these folks were open on New Year’s Day. They were among the few & it was packed! Anyway… Have you ever gone to a restaurant & ordered then wished you had ordered what all of your friends got instead of what you got? That happened to me. I ordered the fish tacos and it came with the green nice, good not great. My brother ordered the fried pork chop, better. It was schnitzel style. But what stole-the-show completely was the burgers! Also, it was our friend’s birthday & they totally hooked us up with a killer, shareable dessert. Why not a 5/5? Couple reasons, where we were seated the staff seemed to be going in & out constantly & it was a repeat cold blast. The staff was stretched thin for sure, they were friendly & in good spirits about it.
I had eaten there in awhile. The fish fry is good although half as much fish as a few years ago. The beef barley soup was good but like warm. I asked for extra tarter sauce which they charge 2 dollars for but the waitress did not tell me nor did she explain that it was a good sized serving. When I asked about that while paying the bill she said that's what the kitchen does and walked away. Should offered to remove the 2 dollar charge in my opinion. It the small thing that bring you back Iay go back for a their good pizzas but I will be careful how I order as some server need to be a little more on their game.
Don't usually get to the Westside, but when we do, TMB is at the top of the list. We had some wings with their hot. It had some heat and really great flavor. Their nachos are pretty good, too. I had a green chile bacon cheese burger and fries, and my wife had the calzone with pepperoni, ham, and mushrooms. Both were fantastic. Niff was a very attentive waiter.
