Attended for a wonderful event that our company had for the Holidays and I will say we were utterly impressed with the amazing service and views this property provides. Their team is top notch!! Considering the hotel was jam packed. My room was extremely clean and all the interactions our team had with the staff were extremely positive. Would love to come back for a family stay.

Our High School swim team held its end of season banquet at the Wyndham Resort Deerfield, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was beautiful and convenient, creating a celebratory atmosphere for the team and families. The food was absolutely amazing - fresh, well presented and enjoyed by everyone. We couldn't ask for a better venue to celebrate a successful season and would highly recommend it for group events and banquets.

Hotel is great! Staff is great! Right on the beach! Views are amazing! Bed and pillows were so comfortable! You get to use chrome cast so you can pretty much watch whatever you want. Balcony kinda sucked it was just a standing one. Pool and hot tub were awesome! Love that beach chairs and umbrellas are included. The water was so nice! I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but the restaurants in the area are great!

Wyndham status - no acknowledgement or reward for top status.|Pool - great heated pool and hot tub. Highlight of the stay.|Beach - great beach access directly across the road|Restaurant - food was okay, overpriced, should have ventured out the first night.|Room - standard room. Don't waste your time with Oceanfront. No rooms have balconies with chairs. Everything opens towards inside.|Location - great, located next to many stores and restaurants.

Customer service is horrific. Here are the issues: 1. I booked through Expedia, which clearly stated that parking was included. When I arrived, the hotel tried to charge me for parking. I showed them my booking, and they waived the fee. The front desk said they don’t receive that information from Expedia, so they automatically charge unless a guest shows proof. That’s their policy. If someone forgets whether parking is included, they end up paying for it twice. That’s borderline fraudulent. 2. The air conditioning in my room was extremely loud and wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees, even though it was set to 66. I like to keep my room cool when staying at hotels, but it stayed hotter all night. The front desk apologized in the morning but offered no compensation. At over $250 a night, you’d expect something as basic as working AC to be standard. 3. Two days after my stay, I noticed a $20 charge on my credit card. When I called, I was told it was a resort fee. I explained that it was already included in my Expedia booking. They gave me an email address and told me to send proof. They act like it's your problem, not their problem. I disagree. If your system doesn’t properly communicate with Expedia’s and you charge customers again for something they already paid for, that’s not the customer’s problem. That’s dishonest and illegal.

Beautiful lobby, great location on the beach, enjoyed the hot tub which was my main reason for staying here. I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for parking and that the lot was around the corner. The room was adequate but the shower door didn’t close all the way which caused water on the bathroom floor. The swimming pool was too cold for our taste. Overall, this was a good stay, especially because of the hot tub.
