This was a fantastic experience! We booked through groupon, had been wanting to try it and this deal was the perfect excuse. You book online, get confirmation text. Then 2hrs before appt time get another text with reservation date, time and address to location. Also get a code to enter the building, as there is no physical person there. Once you enter the building there is a restroom, you call a number provided and he will unlock the door to the room you go to as well as walk you thru how to operate the chair. He also sends a utube link with instructions. Honestly, it was not difficult. The massage you get from this is incredible. You have the sound of waves with low light and stars on the ceiling. So relaxing. My husband has already asked me to book another one for next month. We will definitely be back.

Decided to try out the couples hour massage. Wow—we were blown away! We both went in feeling pretty tense, but after the session in the chairs, we felt like new people. It was the perfect way to spend some time together and decompress. The staff through text and on the phone made it a great experience, and the chairs themselves are top-of-the-line. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we need a "reset" button!

My husband and I always wanted to try a zero gravity massage so I was very glad to find Zero Gravity Massage of Dayton. It was our 35th wedding anniversary so I thought I would surprise him with a zero gravity massage. I was hesitant at first. It seemed strange that we would not interact with a live person at the center and that booking, payment, and communication was all done on-line or via text. The reservation process went smoothly and I was kept up to date via text. On the day of my appointment I received a text with instructions and how to enter the building. The place was easy to find and it was easy to get in following their instructions, Once in, I called the number that was given to me and spoke with a very nice gentleman who walked us through the process and remotely unlocked the room door. The room was already set up, lights dimmed, gentle waves, dimmed lights, "stars" on the ceiling. I had difficulty with the instructional video so he stayed on the phone with us and patiently helped us get things set up. The massage was wonderful and I felt like I received an even better massage than what a masseuse gave! My husband, who had a very bad experience years ago with a massage, loved it as well. To me that's the best testimony as he said he would do it again. I personally didn't want it to end. The whole experience went well and I felt very safe the whole time I was there. I would definitely return and definitely recommend. I have found my new way for massages.
