Katy gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. She was professional, attentive, and really made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage!

My massage was amazing. Katy and the rest of the staff were very attentive and provided a great experience. I recently visited Total Therapy Men's Spa and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the calming aroma and relaxing atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The space is beautifully maintained, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Ariana was my masseuse, and she was nothing short of amazing. She has incredible skill and applied just the right amount of pressure to my back, which has been bothering me for a while. She worked out every knot with precision and care, leaving me feeling renewed and pain-free. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for someone as talented as Ariana. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Ariana was very firm and gentle. She used hot rocks and hot towels and the whole 9 yards. I 100% recommend to anyone and will be back
