Posture Restorations

I can't even begin to say how amazing Amy is! I've seen her several times. When pregnant with my 2nd I saw her regularly and it was my fastest and easiest labor and a great pregnancy. We moved soon after but just made a 4 hour drive to see her again and it was beyond worth it. Most of the issues in my body has resolved and feel my energy restored, brain fog cleared out and so much more. Highly recommend her!

I have a deep sprained ankle and came in with significant swelling on my foot and ankle. Each week Amy has gotten blood flowing, reduced inflammation, and helped my body to support healing itself with her massage and techniques. I would recommend anyone coming... even just for overall wellness.

Amy Fornear is amazingly gifted. She helped me with simple concepts after my treatments that have had a long- lasting affect. She also helped my husband’s shoulder issue that he has had for years. She has a healing touch and is wonderful at what she does. She’s also very encouraging and communicates well with what I can do between visits to keep me on the path to healing. She keeps things simple and attainable. I have highly recommended her to friends and family!

Amy and her team's work has been crucial in the strengthening of my body! When I first came to Amy I was working in the restaurant industry and I was having issues with my hands and feet going numb. I didn't really understand what I had signed up for, but I was desperate for relief. After my first appointment I had immediate relief. Since then, I have been hooked. Since the body is like an onion with multiple layers we were then able to identify and target other pain points (my lower back) that developed through improper exercise. I always tell people I refer that my body feels "brand new" after every appointment with Posture. Before Amy, I was spending big bucks on chiropractors and traditional massage therapists that would bring (very) temporary relief. Posture equips and empowers customers to take charge of their health and really get to know their body. Now I am on a monthly treatment plan that is specific to me, and I am constantly receiving care for issues that arise from my everyday life. I am so grateful for the work Posture is doing, and I will continue to recommend their services to anyone in pain.

Where can I start? Posture Restorations is a LIFE CHANGING business. In various appointments, Amy, would press on a muscle or tendon and I would feel blood flowing to a part of my body that I didn't know had a lack of blood flow. Not only that, but after going to Posture, body feels more in line as my muscles were very much out of place. I went there after a major leg injury and my muscles were still in trauma mode and super tense and after just one appointment my muscles were a lot more relaxed and it was easier to walk. 10000/10 recommend.

No one has ever been able to help me as much as Amy with my many various pains and problems. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and overall just amazing at what she does! I have seen so much improvement in how I feel and sleep and a huge increase in the amount of energy I have after following her recommendations!

I love Amy so much! She has been helping me out so much with various digestive issues and just my overall wellness. I always feel better walking out of here than I did coming in. Amy is wonderful to talk to and very skilled at what she does.
