She listens to my concerns and makes adjustments accordingly. Could not ask for a better person!!!! I really enjoy her and recommend anyone else getting any work done there to request Diana!

This is my second time purchasing a membership here. They often advertise coupons (like $50 off), but I’ve had issues actually using them. Every time I try, I’m told the coupon doesn’t apply to my service or the pricing gets adjusted in a way that basically cancels out the discount. For example, when I tried to use it toward Botox, the price per unit was increased to $14, which was frustrating. On the positive side, I’ve had really good experiences with some of the staff. Diana has been doing my laser and Botox, I see her every month, and she’s always so sweet, professional, and makes me feel comfortable. She’s a big reason I keep coming back.

I highly recommend Fernanda at Spa Black in San Antonio (Stone Oak Parkway location). She is always professional, thorough, and consistently does the job correctly. Out of all the providers I’ve used, her treatments have been the most effective by far. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and cares about delivering real results. At 62 years old, I feel great.

Fernanda and Diana were amazing. Fernanda filled my lips to look naturally full and they look amazing. My facial with Diana was relaxing and hydrated my skin. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Very thankful for the experience and highly recommend Spa Black!

WORST PLACE EVER! I had a very disappointing experience with this center. They make millions but engage in deceptive practices. After my consultation two months ago, I was told I needed gynecology clearance for a procedure I inquired about. Despite this, they charged my card $1,525 before I received that clearance. When my gynecologist did not clear me for the procedure, I called to request a refund via phone and email and spoke to 6 different people, but they refused, citing the paperwork I signed. A rude individual from a so called third-party company, Pine Tree Consultant, named Fred Estrada who seem like a fraud, dismissed my concerns and would not let me speak. They offered a spa credit instead, but I have no interest in doing business with a place that does business like this. They kept my money for services I never received or scheduled. Worst place ever!
