10/10 experience. The massage was amazing, I personally couldn’t relax in the float but I’m an over thinker. They definitely walk you through everything so you feel prepared. The sauna was my personal favorite I’ve never sweat so much! The cold plunge was actually better than expected. Unfortunately I only lasted a minute but it was a great experience. Every room is calming and has their own unique vibe. Would absolutely go back!

I love love this place. Very helpful. I was able to book a last minute 90 minutes couples massage within days and they accommodated us with no problems. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing time, can't wait to come again.

I took a spontaneous solo trip from Houston to San Antonio. After a three hour drive, I wanted to start the trip with a massage. I found Transcend Health Spa and booked a same day 4pm appointment with Adrian. I arrived about 25 minutes early. The front desk person greeted me warmly and we instantly went into fun conversation while I waited. My massage therapist was Adrian (ask for her, she's amazing!). Adrian took the time to really listen before we started. She asked what brought me in and I told her how stressed I felt and how tight my entire body was. She asked thoughtful questions about past injuries and pressure preferences. It felt personal, not rushed. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. During the massage, Adrian was incredible. Her touch was intentional and intuitive, and she clearly knew what she was doing. She checked in at the right moments and adjusted as needed without breaking the flow. I felt relaxed, cared for, and genuinely supported the entire time. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and grateful I booked with her. If you want a high quality massage experience with great service, this place is worth your time. I would book again without hesitation if I lived locally!

Incredibly clean and welcoming environment. I did a float (the water was slightly warmed 😍) and a massage. The massage included aromatherapy and the masseuse had great pressure the room was warm and inviting. Parking was easy and all the live plants enhanced the good vibes only energy
