I’m in shock at how much better this massage was than any other place I’ve ever been to. I have had great massages before. But if I could rate this place a 10 out of 5 I would. Lala was my masseuse and when I said strong pressure she brought it! I’ve never had anyone relieve the tension on my hips like that. Amazing job I will absolutely be back.

I was little nervous coming into the massage with the whole walking on your back thing… but who knew that’s just what I needed! I’ve been working out hard in the gym and she was able to get every knot and kink out of my neck and back. As a physical therapist I can say the stretching she did was a 10/10. I will definitely be back! Layla was great. Price point is excellent as well!!

I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop. The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner is very kind and beautiful, and the staff are professional, polite, and truly skilled at massage. The place is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!

I moved to Dallas right around when this spot opened, and boy am I glad I found it! I am always pleased with my service - Lisa especially did an amazing job today focusing on some areas where I’ve been experiencing pain. Easy communication, booking, lots of add-ons/offers. I usually want Thai combo with deep tissue / sports massage type pressure, but have come with a friend who enjoyed her more relaxing Swedish style massage too! Highly recommend adding Massage Refresh to your wellness routine.

I just received the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had a lot of massages!!! This one was 20 out of 10 experience!!!! Cindy Is who worked on me and she blew my mind with how attentive and mindful she was with every part of my body that she worked on. I prefer firm pressure and often it’s not done extremely well, either too firm or just painful in the way that they approach it, she thoroughly impressed me. it was like she listened to my body and knew exactly what it needed. I typically don’t get add-ons, but I did get the tiger bomb that they have and I’m so happy that I did it as it helped amplified my massage and really did justice. Even if you don’t love firm massages, I believe that you would still thoroughly enjoy your service. Cherry on top? It is not crazy pricey!! Thank you so much Cindy & I will DEFINITELY be back!!

I went to Cindy after a friend recommended her, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve now been three times, and each visit has been amazing. This last session I came in feeling very sore and completely worn out, and Cindy’s massage was exactly what I needed. She is incredibly skilled and intuitive — her pressure is deep, controlled, and precise. She doesn’t just relax you; she works through tension in a way that makes a real difference. I always leave feeling looser, lighter, and reset. Even if I’m a little sore afterward, it’s the good kind of soreness that tells you the massage really worked. The relief and ease I feel afterward are always worth it. I’ve finally found a massage therapist I trust completely. Her massages are the best I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I got a massage from Cyndi Q Two relieve my back pain. For several days, my lower back and hip have been tightening and it’s been difficult to walk. I got a 90 minute massage from Cindy. She’s a 30 year veteran and it showed! She uses a number of massage techniques and managed to get me walking again! I can’t believe it. I plan on going back for sure. If I could give more than five stars I would. By the way, I have no idea what that one star review was talking about. Cindy was definitely not afraid to go deep.
