WOW, truly nothing short of extraordinary... best spa experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Hope at reception set the tone. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It immediately felt like I was in good hands. Opal gave me one of the best massages of my life (I’m still thinking about it), and Jessica’s facial was incredible… and honestly, far too short only because we could have talked for hours. I left hugging each of them, which says everything about how special the experience was. I was completely blown away by the level of service, the talent of the therapists, and the stunning facilities. Every detail felt thoughtful, elevated, and intentional. And the recovery room? An absolute must. Pure magic. This spa sets the bar impossibly high. I’ll be dreaming about this experience and counting the days until I return.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The steam room was relaxing, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff was incredibly professional. Echo gave one of the best massages I’ve had, and Lauren, the aesthetician, has an unmatched attention to detail that truly elevates the entire experience - I highly recommend both. 10/10

Loved the Recovery package! The young lady at the front reception desk was so helpful and patient. We visited the spa to see available services and she was very informative and professional. Booked for the next day and super helpful - made the whole experience that much better!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was serene, clean, and beautifully designed - instantly setting the tone for relaxation. Every detail, from the calming scents to the soft music, created a peaceful escape from the hustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. My massage-body treatment, was nothing short of amazing — one of the best I've ever had! I left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally.

The service at Verbena Spa is unmatched. From the locker rooms to the recovery room, the amenities are up to date and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our experience.

Visited The Proper Hotel for a business trip with my co-founder and we SO enjoyed taking some time to experience the property's amazing gym and spa. The spa is very zen, with modern setting, excellent amenities, healthy and tasty snacks and Emily is very thoughtful and knowledgeable in her massage technique. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
