The Spa at Grand Bohemian

Absolutely loved our couples massage at Poseidon Spa! From check in to check out the team was welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. The balcony is a beautiful spot to wait before your treatment or to spend time on after with a mimosa. Great spot if you are looking for a spa day in the Charlotte area!

Beautiful spa. My massage therapist was amazing - it was a great quality massage. I was not offered a robe or anything but other people seemed to get that. They did offer a drink before and champagne after. Biggest concern was a 20% "service fee" which they said was the only money the massage therapist made, and then they also asked for a tip. So in summary the 80 minute massage that was supposed to be $289 cost $346. They need to make the cost more clear. Also, it was supposed to be an 80 minute massage but the actual massage time was closer to 60.

The Poseidon Spa was an amazing experience! It was a perfect combination of relaxation and therapeutic treatment. I selected the Hydrofacial with lip perk. My aesthetician Ciara was extremely knowledgeable about the treatment yet made the whole experience warm and comfortable. I was very impressed by the immediate results! Dory is at the front desk to welcome guests,but she really made me feel like I was visiting friends! She made sure I had everything I needed to just relax on the balcony garden after my facial. What a wonderful way to enjoy everything The Bohemian has to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend The Poseidon and their staff. I would definitely love to return again and sample their other facials and massages!

Came here for a couples massage and the guy I had was very firm and was hitting all the spots. BUT we were expecting more out of our visit. We were never given the chance to change into our robes and we were promised free add ons such as cupping and never received them. We were really looking forward to that and when we asked the lady at the front desk at the end she responded with "I will let them know…it was free so..". So yeah overall AMAZING massage but left disappointed after spending over $300.

Service was amazing. The space is very small. Patrons change in the singular bathroom so you could wait 10 minutes in the lobby in the bathroom while someone gets dressed. The lobby is very nice but again, very small. There is a rooftop patio with amazing views that you can utilize while you wait.

10/10 recommend! My mom and I stayed at the Grand Bohemian while apartment hunting since I’m moving there in a couple of months. Knowing how stressful that can be, she suggested we book a spa visit—and boy, was she right. This ended up being one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time! We both had the 50-minute signature facial with Deandra, and she was absolutely amazing. Our skin felt so hydrated and refreshed afterward. All of the staff we interacted with were so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’re also big fans of the skincare products they carry!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind. I had an amazing and much need service with Lucas, I lounged on the outdoor balcony while sipping champagne and enjoyed the beautiful view. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Can't wait to go back!
