Scott is great at what he does. I’ve worked with him on and off over the last 6 years. His observation, assessment and skill has helped me move beyond the discomfort associated to several volleyball related injuries. Most recently he has helped me gain strength and flexibility with a hip injury. If you’re looking for a great Rolfer I would definitely recommend him. Carolyn his wife while I haven’t seen her in years she knew her stuff. She’s whip smart and attuned to her trades. Keep doing what you’re doing Scott & Carolyn! Thank you.

I've been working with Carolyn for over 5 years now and highly recommend her and Aligned Body Integration for your rolfing needs. I have scoliosis that was starting to cause frequent pain and was at the point of considering invasive options when I gave rolfing a try. I'm so glad I did. I visit Carolyn 1-2 times per month and have not experienced much pain or the need for a chiropractor for a quick fix in years. She's an excellent rolfer who cares about her clients and researches techniques to help with specific issues, but above that, she's also a wonderful human being.

Carolyn is amazing! I just have to say this. I have some severe anxiety and was late to my appointment. Carolyn understood that life happens, and she still took me for my appointment. I had regular massage, but nothing has helped my back and rolling ankles. I had immediate relief after I left my appointment. I feel straighter and have more flexibility. I am so excited to continue with Rolfing. She is concerned with long run health, and showed me how to pay more attention to my body while sitting all day. Everyone should experience it!

I had a great initial session with Carolyn. This was my first time Rolfing! I have had issues with tension headaches, chronic scapular pain, and IT band pain. I get temporary relief with massage and accupuncture, but the pain returns quickly. Carolyn helped me to understand why these issues were occurring, and gave me tools I can use to help prevent recurrence. I left our session feeling more open in my chest, which I hadn’t felt for years, and understanding how the way I had been carrying my weight was causing these chronic issues. I will be back to work into deeper layers in the future!!

My first visit was with Carolyn, I had sciatica to an extreme. I was ready to quit working it was so bad. The morning after my first visit I didn't want to get out of bed but when I did I was able to be functional for the first time in quite a long while. I continued sessions and now just maintain what I need. I've been seeing Carolyn and Scott nearly 10 years now. Good people with a great practice. My relief is dramatic after every visit. I wish my schedule would allow more me time.

I have been going to Carolyn for several years now. She has always helped me resolve any muscle issues that I have had through her techniques. I specifically sought her out after moving to Colorado because I wanted someone who knew Rolfing. She is really amazing. Not only is she a fantastic therapist, but she is also endearingly kind, a fantastic listener and I am really happy to call her a friend.

I was new to Rolfing and Carolyn and Scott have been great practitioners to introduce the process! My whole body has felt better after each treatment. I did another session of treatments after a car accident and know that it helped lessen any adverse effects. The office is cute and clean as well As easy to get to. I’m So grateful they’re a part of my health/body care journey!
