Portland girl here who actively seeks out bath houses in other countries and cities—and Olympus Spa did not disappoint. I’ve been wanting to try this spot for over a year and it was soooo worth the wait. I love that it’s women-only and fully nude; I felt instantly comfortable, empowered, and free being exactly as I am. I loved everything: hot tub, cold plunge(60 to 63 degrees which was perfect), sauna, steam room, tea bath, salt room, cold room, mud/lava rock room, and the red light Himalayan salt room—absolute heaven. We went on a Saturday around 11am and it was definitely packed, so expect a lively, social vibe. This is not the place for total silence and zen during peak times (try off-hours if that’s your goal), but if you enjoy communal spa energy and a confident, body-positive environment, this place is a must. Compared to Portland bath houses, this is a no-brainer. Portland spots are wildly overpriced, have fewer amenities, and usually cap you at 90–120 minutes. Here, we paid $62 including tax, there’s no time limit, and you could easily spend the entire day—especially since there’s even a restaurant on site.
Just go here!!! You will have zero regrets, except that you should’ve came sooner. The Korean body scrub is amazing! My skin is now legally classified as "butter." The food at the tiny restaurant is also great! Love all the pools and relaxing rooms. I personally appreciate the no phones. It really makes you take extra time for yourself.
I finally made it to the spa the other day. It was a Friday and pretty busy. Maybe choose a Tuesday for your first experience. Even with it being busy, it was extraordinary! I had two services scheduled when I arrived but made it 3 services before I left that day because I saw the ladies giving body scrubs by the pools and had to have one! The massage and facial were great! The body scrub was unique and incredibly redeeming. The sweet woman named Nana, who gave me the scrub, was loving and delightfully motherly. It felt both physically and emotionally fulfilling in so many ways! Lunch inside the attached Korean cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. Go! And then go again! Believe every other review that tells you…you won’t be even remotely timid about being nude infront of the other ladies once you are doing it!
I came for a day pass to relieve sore muscles from working out. I paid and let them know it was my first time. She put my info in the system, handed me a key and that was it. I reminded her it was my first time and I had no clue where to go. She then directed me to the locker room, but never showed me around or told me anything about the place. I stayed for 2 hrs and really enjoyed the spa. I was hoping for a colder cold pool, I’m used to a 35degree plunge, this was 60. The saunas could’ve been hotter as well. That being said, I still enjoyed it and left feeling great relief from my soreness. Mid day on a Wednesday was much busier than I expected. Some rooms should have closed doors, we’re all already naked…that’s enough on its own, services should be private. This place is not fancy.
Check-in: is 30mins before your appointment. It was easy to check in and be seated right away. I arrived about 45mins early. Atmosphere: in the waiting area there’s no shoes allowed. There’s cubbies for your shoes and lockers. It’s relaxing, soft music, dim lights, comfy leather couches and magazines. There’s no phone usage in the back waiting area. Service: OLYMPUS SPA FACIAL $185 | 90 min. Kiah (I hope I’m spelling it right, if not please let me know)! This was my first facial. She explained everything, let me know what she was going to do, made sure I was comfortable. Those 90mins flew by but in a good way. All of the products she used smelled and felt lovely. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this relaxed in my life. That was the total reset my body needed. After she finished, I came out to blueberry juice! I’m already thinking about my next service and will schedule soon. Accessories & merchandise: skin care, shirts, hoodies, candles and more. Parking: There’s a parking lot with more than enough parking. Thank you for a wonderful pre-birthday facial!
I love this place. You can easily spend all day here. Some of my favorite features are the salt room, the blueberry tea in the tea room, the delicious restaurant, heated floor area, the hot tubs and the waterfall in the cold plunge pool. It is much quieter and less busy on weekdays.
This was my first Korean spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely safe. It’s a true women-only environment where you can fully let your guard down. I booked a signature spa massage, it’s an 80-minute trigger point massage, with Amanda, and it was completely life-changing. I’ve only ever had Swedish massages before, and this was on a whole other level. Amanda’s work was incredibly skilled and intentional, and she was also warm and engaging; we talked throughout the session, which I’ve never done. She made the experience feel even more comfortable and grounding. The variety of rooms and relaxation spaces was top-notch. I spent hours moving between saunas, tubs, heated rooms, and lounges, and even took a nap cuddled up on a couch in the relaxation area. Time didn’t exist… I ended up spending about 7 hours there. One of my favorite moments was getting ready afterward. I brought a toiletry bag with my hair products and makeup. I ended the day with light makeup and braiding my hair in the locker room. It felt nice being in a safe, supportive girls’ space, which made the experience even more special. I already can’t wait to go back!
