Absolute great experience!!!! Best place in town for sure. I got this gorgeous gel X with designs done like how I wanted. And I got the vip pedicure experience like I never had before!!! Love the team and the manager Nina was lovely. I will recommend for my friends and my families. Will be back!!

I normally have a pleasant experience at this salon, especially when my usual nail technician is available. However, during my most recent visit, the service I received was very disappointing. The technician who did my nails showed little attention to detail. There is visible black polish and acrylic on my skin, the nails are inconsistent in shape and thickness, and many lack an apex. I requested a sharp tapered square shape, but that was not achieved. Additionally, the technician cut my cuticles after applying the acrylic, which caused the finished set to appear as though it already needs a fill-in. The French tips are uneven, with one side noticeably thicker on nearly every nail. The only positive part of my visit was the pedicure, which was done very well by another technician. I am sharing this feedback not to be negative, but in hopes that management can review this issue and rectify the service. I would appreciate the opportunity to have my nails corrected by a qualified technician, as I have been a customer and would like to continue supporting your business.

I’ve come here 4-5 times and they have always been great but today was a total disappointment, my friend & i made an appointment to both get our nails done. They started on my nails and barely acknowledged my friend And didn’t Send anyone else over so eventually my friend decided to leave, but I was committed to getting my nails done so I stayed. My nail technician was really rough with my nails literally hurting me, and I kept asking her to be more gentle. She took a really long time to do my nails, even though I was in a hurry to leave because my friend, who was my ride Waited in the parking lot for me. It’s now been a few hours since I’ve gotten my nails done. The paint is uneven, and one of the nails has already had the polish completely fall off and my pinky nail is sooooo crooked. When I left , I tipped very well considering the bad service, but the owner nearly chased me out to make Sure I tipped I guess assuming I wasn’t going to. Now I wish I hadn’t. We had a feeling we shouldn’t have come back after our last visit. They told us they could do our nails and toes At the same time, but then once we got there, they did not .. Sadly, I will be finding a new Nail salon after this one used to be my favorite

I’ve been coming here for about a year and have had a great experience with Tina!! Very fine attention to detail. Honestly one of the best nail techs I’ve ever experienced

Tina was willing to give a fun different kind of Ombré dip on Sunday. She is gentle and efficient! This is my second visit to her. My last manicure with dip lasted 4 weeks!’

Avoid this place at all cost. I went to get a gel polish change on 4/6. Not even a week later on 4/8 my gel was chipping off my nails. I have been getting gel polish and gel manicures for over a year now and have never had this happen. They were paper thin. I went in 4/11 before I was heading out of town to hopefully have them fix it. They said it was not their problem and they could re do them for 20% off. All of them had cracks, chips and damaged my real nail. A lady by the name on her desk said Minh Thu Tran. She was extremely aggressive and started to file 2 of the top coats off. Only 2. I then said I said if it’s easier, we can soak off the gel and I’ll just get a refund and go somewhere else. She slammed the nail file down and said okay go somewhere else. Let me walk out of her nail salon with cracks, chips, broken nails. Not to mention I was going out of town on a trip. I was so upset and couldn’t believe the way they treated me. Still have not received anything from the manager. Absolutely do not go in there.

I’ve been living in Nashville for 4 years and have tried so many different salons. I found VSL about a year ago, and have never left! Cindy always does an amazing job and could not recommend this place enough!
