The Salt Cave

12/10 no notes! This was my first time experiencing the salt cave and I will 100% be back. I did the day pass and started in the infrared sauna, detoxed my feet and ended in the salt room. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved my experience and so happy they could accommodate my last minute reservation. This was such a unique experience and I can’t wait to come back and try their cold plunge.

A True Sanctuary in Albuquerque! If you are looking for the ultimate escape to recharge your body and mind, look no further. I have personally tried almost every single service offered here and I can honestly say this place is a game-changer for wellness. The Salt Cave itself is a breathtaking experience that feels like stepping into another world. Whether you’re soaking in the Ionic Foot Detox or breathing in the healing air of the salt rooms, you leave feeling lighter and completely renewed. What really sets this business apart is the atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always accommodating, making sure every visit is seamless. A special shout-out to the owner, who is absolutely wonderful and sets such a peaceful, welcoming tone for the entire day. Pro Tip: If you plan on coming even once a month, the Membership is hands-down the best bang for your buck. It makes prioritizing your health affordable and easy. Do yourself a favor and book a session—you won't regret it!

I definitely recommend Salt Cave to everyone! What a fantastic, unique establishment! The facility is spotless, welcoming, and beautiful. April, the owner, is such a gem. The therapeutic benefit of breathing salt air is extensive.  I went there to boost my overall airway & circulatory systems. I booked a private room (session), and the space was inviting and meditative throughout, and the private room feels especially calming.  You sit and relax in a comfortable chair and breathe healing salt air. I immediately felt the salt effects when my sinuses and lungs started clearing. Overall, the Salt Cave is an amazing place that "may" offer some heaIth benefits.  I had the best calming experience at The Salt Cave, Albuquerque, and definitely will be returning.

I went to the salt cave with two of my friends. It was a fantastic experience for all of us. We started with the salt room. It was quiet and restorative. I could taste the salt after a few minutes. We toured the rest of the place, and it is amazing. They have a private salt room, a beamer room which is good for circulation, a foot detox, a red light sauna booth, and the upcoming feature is a full body scrub room. The service was outstanding, and I left feeling wonderful and with a crystal water bottle.

Today my mother and my daughter and I visited the salt cave we enjoyed a invigorating foot soak that was accompanied by a chair massage so many harmful toxins were drawn out from the soak and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I could feel the good energy and vibes as you walk into the salt cave. The staff is very caring and friendly and the place is very clean and I highly recommend any of their services I definitely will be coming back ..... I also bought a water bottle that has an amethyst crystal in the middle so beautiful.

In 2025, I celebrated my bachelorette party at Albuquerque's salt cave, where the staff's warm hospitality made us feel at ease. April, the owner, was exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you're in Albuquerque, I recommend giving it a try. 10 out of 10.

What a great experience! We enjoyed a relaxing session in the healthy salt cave. This establishment is clean, serene and inviting. The owner made us feel quite at home. This was my first time here, but definitely will not be my last.
