Becoming a founding member was a great choice! The entire experience is fantastic, the staff is wonderful and I feel amazing. Definitely a spa like experience with incredible ambiance. I enjoyed watching my favorite show while doing yoga and relaxing with the chromotherapy of my selection during the sauna session. Beforehand I did 15 minutes of red light therapy which made me feel noticably more relaxed.

Absolutely OBSESSED with my experience at BEEM Light Saunas. I came in for a red light therapy session followed by a sauna session, and let me tell you—heaven. The entire space is pure luxury. Every detail is beautiful and intentional, and you truly feel like a radiant goddess just being in the space. The saunas are stunning, the vibe is calm and serene, and the energy here is just chef’s kiss. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being wrapped in warmth, light, and next-level self-care. This place is a total sanctuary. A solid 10 out of 10. Honestly, if I could give BEEM a million stars, I absolutely would. I’m already planning my next visit!

I am all about self care and making time for myself. I love coming to the Beem Suana. Soon as you walk in the staff is so friendly and the rooms are always clean. The vibes are amazing. I love doing the sauna and red light back to back to get more out of my time at Beem. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to bump up their self care routine.
