My Place Hotel-Colorado Springs, CO

Great stay! The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was away enough from the highway to keep it quiet. This is our fourth stay at a My Place Hotel, and they have all been great stops. They are now at the top of our list when we look at places to stay on our road trips. We certainly will be back!

Positive: its relatively clean and the staff is nice, Overall for the price it is a good place to stay. its great addition that parking is included as well as WIFI Negative: my drains where all plugged and it took about a half hour or more for my bathtub to drain out.

This is honestly a really nice hotel for the price. My wife and I wanted to just have a little kid free get a way for a few days before my wife had to leave state. Staff is very friendly. Super accommodating. Very clean and my wife loves the heated toilet seat. I also really like how we can do early check ins and late check outs. I’m definitely going to be looking for more of these hotels whenever I travel.

We had a fantastic stay at My Place Hotel! The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable — just what we needed after a long day of travel. What really set this experience apart was the outstanding service. When our Uber kept canceling, the general manager MaTia personally gave us a ride — above and beyond anything we expected! That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend staying here — clean, comfortable, and truly caring staff. We'll definitely be back!

Great view of the mountains. Room was clean and quiet. The mini kitchen was nice and overall price is always good with myplace hotels. Hard to beat if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The only downside I can really think of is a queen bed was the biggest option, not really a deal breaker for us though.

Stayed here for one night because it was close to Ford Amphitheater and we were in town for a show. Clean, new, comfortable (two) Queen beds, nice pillows, plenty of towels and quiet! The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Especially Fiona, who was so kind and accommodating and even pointed out that we should have our phones fully charged for the late walk back because the street can be dark and we will want to use our phone flashlights!! And she was right! 1 mile walk there and back was downhill there and uphill back so make sure that’s okay for you if that’s your plan. Would definitely stay here again. Our view from our room was beautiful as well!

Room reserved for four nights. Arrived to find no dishes or utensils in the room. Front desk managed to find a few things to get us by for the first night. "A New Concept in Extended Stay Hotels, at My Place Hotels, we skip the unnecessary extras in favor of the essentials: great rooms at reasonable prices." That is not true. We ended up staying only one night and there was absolutely no refund for the other three. Over $540 for one night is not reasonable for this cut-rate hotel.
