The most intentional, restorative and peaceful pocket to be found in Co Springs. I’ve been frequenting here for a year consistently and not only has my health and wellness improved, I’ve also found an amazing community through all of their workshops, classes, and loving staff. A public space that takes up residence in my heart! I couldn’t praise it enough

Lovely, lovely place! I have been coming regularly for over a year and see a big improvement in my overall health. They recently added the pemf mat and it is amazing! I had immediate relief from chronic ankle pain. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!! Took the whole family, and we had a very peaceful experience. Sat in a salt cave enclosure with recliners and blankets while we breathed in salt air. Highly recommend it. My lungs and sinuses feel so much more open.

I was staying at The Broadmoor Hotel which had a spa but decided I would like to try a new experience and found the Colorado Salt Cave. From the moment I contacted them searching for a day experience at a spa I was blown away by Alexandra when I contacted her via email. She was very accommodating and set me up for a full day and it was very affordable! She explained everything I would need and what to bring with me. I started in the salt cave after suffering from a respiratory infection and being on antibiotics for a week so I wasn’t contagious the salt cave was amazing and broke up the congestion. I couldn’t believe I had the whole cave to myself which was awesome and allowed me to do some stretching and relaxing before taken into for a 90 minute massage by Jenevive which was so relaxing! She was wonderful! Very down to earth and a great masseuse! I then was taken into the infrared sauna and then the dry sauna and then finished with a cold plunge. This place is amazing and affordable. I spoke to Rochelle the owner and she was so nice. I found it to be a very nice rejuvenated day. The place is very clean, serene and all the people were very nice. I’m on the east coast so I can’t wait to come back! Thanks again girls it was a wonderful experience!
