Since being married, the wife has introduced me to the luxury end of spa’s, from Mexico, Cancun, playa, To Denver, co springs, the Broadmoor was by far such a great experience from start to finish, Staff is A1! Service and personably at every corner! Clean, tidy! Always offering infused water, fresh fruit, and or hot teas! We went to black hawk to the Monarch Hotel for massages, 2 days after the Broadmoor & Broadmoor was hands down the better buy costing about the same.. Go to Black Hawk or 4 seasons when you want to feel like somebody, Go to the Broadmoor when you are somebody, and even if you’re not, that’s how they treat you! As it should be! Treat the customer like they are somebody! 10/10 experience! Will be back! After we went to the Italian restaurant! Great service and food as well! There is so much offered, idk how you would experience it all with 1 stay!

I visited The Broadmoor today for the first time after hearing many great recommendations about your service. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience—the service was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. However, I did have one concern during checkout. When I handed my card to the young lady assisting me, she placed my card and receipt on the counter instead of returning them directly to my hand. I found that gesture to be somewhat disrespectful. I believe that if a customer hands their card directly to a staff member, it should be returned in the same courteous manner. Aside from that, my visit to The Broadmoor was exceptional. I would like a response from Management.

My mother and sisters had an amazing experience at the Spa at The Broadmoor. From the person who checked us in, to the person who showed us a tour of the facilities and of course our the excellent services we received..everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. The level of standards for their hospitality was very high and we all felt very taken care of. The whole experience was phenomenal thanks to the entire team at the Spa.

Got a facial while staying at the resort. Nina was incredible!! So informative and gentle. Amazing facilities - I spent the day going from room to room enjoying the views, cozy corners, and sauna with my book. Highly recommend!

The broadmoor is lovely in every way except the spa. First of all to make a reservation, the staff is not knowledgeable about how to make a reservation, 5 calls later reservations were made( that was difficult for a 1 star hotel but shouldn’t have happened at a 5 start resort. Then my husband changed his reservation to 2 hours earlier a week before we arrived and he received 3 calls back. We paid for a head and foot massage add on but no head massage or a 20 second head massage is what we received. The receptionist said " I will talk to the masseuse." Well I’d return to this lovely resort but not the spa. Good luck to any spa clients

Oxygen and dry sauna rooms are extremely small. Nice old world eclectic atmosphere. Amenities are average and the massages are average at best. Overall, overpriced.

I spent an afternoon at The Broadmoor Spa and had a really lovely, relaxing experience overall. I booked the Poultice Massage with Jacob, and he was truly amazing. Not only was the massage itself incredibly calming and therapeutic, but he also took the time to offer helpful insights and information throughout the session with little tips and takeaways that made the experience feel more personalized and thoughtful. It didn’t feel rushed or routine at all. The spa itself didn’t have quite as many amenities as I initially imagined, but what they did offer was more than enough for a comfortable, restorative day. One feature I really appreciated was the oxygen room, which is designed to help with adjusting to the high altitude. They also have a sauna and steam room, along with a couple of cozy lounging areas where you can unwind before or after your treatment. One lounge overlooked the golf course with beautiful mountain views, which made for a peaceful and scenic place to sit and relax. The other lounge was smaller and more intimate, with a fireplace, giving it a warm, tucked-away feel. Both spaces offered nice opportunities for privacy and quiet time. The customer service throughout the spa was superb. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel elevated and well cared for from start to finish. Oddly enough, the bathrooms were memorable in the best way. They reminded me of Japan, with heated seats, built-in music, and all the little thoughtful details. There were plenty of toiletries available as well, which made it easy to freshen up and take your time. All in all, it was the perfect setup for a half-day escape. I spent about four hours there total, including my 90-minute massage, and it felt like just the right amount of time to fully relax without feeling rushed. The only downside was the walk to and from the spa. If you’re not staying in the main building, you do have to walk outside in the cold, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to hold onto that post-massage relaxation. But once you’re inside, the warmth and calm make you forget about it pretty quickly. Overall, The Broadmoor Spa offers a peaceful, well-appointed experience with excellent service and a standout massage. I’d absolutely return.
