I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The manager, Sophia, was very warm and welcoming, which made me and my friend feel comfortable right away. I had two sessions with Babe, and she did an amazing job - she really understands muscle structure and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my needs. The hot stone treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had a very uncomfortable experience here and would not recommend this place. Communication was extremely difficult because the masseuse didn’t understand English, which made it hard to express preferences or discomfort. I also felt there was a lack of consent and check-ins during the session, which is really important for a service like this. The massage itself did not feel professional or skilled, and the environment had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. I won’t be returning.

I love this place. I moved to Jersey City in March and was desperate to find a good massage place that was clean, gave good deep tissue massages at a reasonable price, and was flexible with appointment times (ie late hours and you could drop in fairly last minute). KW Spa checks all the boxes, and Gary gives dream massages. So glad to have found this place, and the staff is kind and caring. They also have an ATM inside. Will keep going back!

I had an amazing experience with Grey at KW Spa. From the moment I arrived, Grey was professional, attentive, and welcoming. The massage was excellent – the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work, leaving me feeling refreshed and stress-free. Grey really listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and relaxing, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Grey to anyone looking for a great massage therapist.

We’ve come here a few times over the past couple of years. They are friendly but I have to say they really dont know what they’re doing. You can tell when you’re getting a massage they are not trained, use little to no pressure, and we always leave disappointed having not received much if any relief. We even specifically asked them to use more pressure and it makes no difference, whether that be back or foot therapy. For this reason we wont go back here. There are other options that cost less and they work harder and do a better job elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing gem in Jersey City ❤️ I bought a session for someone and their person was Gary! They said Gary was amazing and super kind! I waited in another room with Sophia (who was at the front desk) and she is the sweetest human in existence! I 100% intend on coming back for myself and with others! Amazing service, amazing prices, just amazing everything. Thank you so much again ❤️
