Just wanted to say how amazing my service was with Riley. I really appreciated how detailed, informative and knowledgeable she was about every aspect of service. She made me feel very comfortable and provided me with professional advice and guidance on how to care for my skin pre and post treatment for the best results. I’m liking the results just one week post service and know that it will continue to get better. There was little to no inflammation / swelling or bruising and the service itself was easy with her gentle and sweet personality. The office is very clean and well maintained!

This place is not only so cute but truly top of the line! 🌸 Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough — she created a safe, thoughtful plan for me while considering my rare autoimmune disease. Roxy is the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable, and as a wheelchair user, I really appreciate how accessible and accommodating the practice is. Nicole and the whole team are kind, talented, and go above and beyond. Truly the best!

This place and the staff all exceeded my initial expectations. I was met at the door by Roxy and all her spicy--ness! Makes you truly feel at home, and as a matter of fact, was told that this is now my family and home. 🙂 Made me an AWESOME espresso and then I met Taelour who took me to a private room, went through the ENTIRE process and other awesome services they offer there. She asked me what I was looking for short term and long term, explained it all to me. Walked me through what she was doing and who of her other colleagues could help with what service. Got me an estimate and it was definitely fair, and was done with the injections in just minutes. Felt great, looked great and I definitely feel a boost of confidence upon having my service performed. ABSOLUTELY friendly, knowledgeable, clean building and the staff are REAL RN's and not overnight trained front office workers. I thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart and cannot wait to come again for more fun!

I love Ritual SO much!!!!!! These girls are the best ever! I see Andrea G for facials and you’ll never feel more relaxed and refreshed in your life! Her laser hair removal is amazing as well! I see the other Andrea for my Botox and she’s incredible at what she does! She fixed my brow evenness like no one has ever been able to! We all know the feeling of walking into some medical spas: you might feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or a bit intimidated by the experience. That is not the case at Ritual. You walk in genuinely feeling a sense of care and compassion, and I feel so comfortable in Andrea’s hands. Not to mention, Andrea is a Nurse Practitioner— which is extremely comforting in an industry where credentials can sometimes feel like a gray area. They also don’t push additional treatments on you. Instead, they clearly explain the pros and cons of different options and whether something may— or may not— be a good fit for your goals. They’re there to listen first, and then recommend thoughtfully. It’s obvious Andrea loves what she does and feels gratified by helping women feel beautiful. I went to Andrea seeking PRP microneedling for acne scar treatment—something I’ve pursued through many advanced modalities (CO2 lasers, subcision, etc.)—and I’ve had amazing results, truly above and beyond what was possible with other treatments. From my observation, Ritual’s philosophy starts with the inside: health and wellness first, beauty as the natural result. That’s abundantly clear when you meet Andrea and her team. It feels rare—most medical spas focus on an outward-to-inward approach, but Ritual’s approach is the inverse, and it truly sets them apart.

I had my first appointment with Taelour. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome and comfy. She addressed all of my needs and we came up with a great plan together to achieve what I’m after. With today’s treatment, she was gentle and kept me informed of what to expect, realistically, which I appreciated. The staff, including Roxy, Elle and the NP were so great and welcoming. And they are all about slow and natural-looking results, which is what I’m after. I’m so happy I found this place!
