I was visiting my daughter in Chicago for the holidays and decided to go in for a facial. I went in with no clear expectations because it isn't something that I've ever done before. I will definitely be doing it again every time I'm in Chicago for another visit. Grace did a fantastic job. I don't have anything to compare it with, but the full service felt amazing. I was surprised by the number of steps included and how involved it ended up being. Head massage, facial massage, neck and shoulder massage, forearm and hand massage, all while working through multiple steps of the facial cleanse and treatment process. It was great. I'll be back again.

Absolutely love my results! Highly recommend this clinic and Xiya! I did two treatments here — Rejuran and RF Microneedling. At first, I didn’t really know much about aesthetic treatments, but Xiya, （who also speaks Mandarin）, carefully checked my skin condition and suggested that Rejuran and RF Microneedling would be the best combination for me. She explained that they could help refine my pores and make my skin look clearer and more radiant. I decided to follow her advice and got a $5,000 package with a 30% discount since it was the best deal they offered. So far, I’ve completed three sessions of Rejuran and two sessions of RF Microneedling, and I’m waiting for my last one soon. Just had the Acne Fighter Facial with Grace at Better Med Spa and wow — my skin is literally glowing ✨ Grace was so sweet and really took her time explaining everything she was doing. The facial felt amazing and super deep-cleaning, but still gentle (no redness after, which never happens for me!). The spa itself is gorgeous, clean, and has such a relaxing vibe.
