My husband and I booked for a couples massage. I wish I captured the two ladies names. They were both so wonderful. Very pleasant, welcoming and great service. The massage was better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend them over any other massage services in Fayetteville. My husband and I tried several different spots and we have found our place now! Thank you for being open and doing what you do.

I had an Amazing experience getting a facial today. The atmosphere was calming and very clean. The esthetician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I did not feel rushed at all. The facial was extremely relaxing. I was given excellent advice on how to maintain my skin care routine. The prices are very reasonable. I plan on being a regular customer and recommending others to this location.

I loved the quiet calm atmosphere. I got my first facial here and it was such an amazing experience. I was given good instruction on how to better manage my skin issues and also I was treated very respectfully. I’m definitely going to bring my best friend here next time. I already set an appointment to return. I was also very happy with my facial. My skin felt soft and supple and I looked so refreshed.

First time coming here and I felt at ease as soon as I was greeted. I was texted the link to access the paperwork, prior to arrival. Jessica had the printed diagram of my body and asked some really detailed yet brief questions. I was taken back within minutes and she explained the massage process. She definitely knew what she was doing! 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoyed the couple’s massage from Cozy Spa. The office was inviting and the massage therapists were very nice and explained everything. The pressure was excellent and they listened very well. The only improvement I could really think of would be to see if they could sound proof the room a little better as we heard street traffic and others in the office speaking. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

I been looking for a spa to get a couples massage with my husband and we found our place. They were both amazing. Really welcoming place, relaxing atmosphere and very professional. My husband had never got a full body massage and they make sure he understood the process, the benefits of each different massage and the correct pressure. I had have massages before and so far they had been the best. Thank you for the great experience, my husband agreed to go back!!!

I had a great and relaxing experience. I did a facial and she made me feel comfortable and was worried about me and asking me if anything was burning or itching due to I have sensitive skin. She went beyond my expectations. Thank you! Definitely will go again.
