Spa Blu

Genuinely the worst experience at a massage or spa I’ve ever had. Was told to arrive at 9:30 but the staff couldn’t get the doors open? so we stood outside in the hall until 10 when we finally went inside and were told that half the services we booked/paid for were actually unavailable due to the staff being on vacation (you think they’d know that when we booked it). But the real reason I felt the need to write a review and the absolute worst part was the actual massage. The room smelled strongly of weed, my head rest came off 3x during it and my therapist had non stop congestion so the entire massage I only heard her clearing her nose and coughing. I actually ended the massage early when she was massaging my neck and coughed right above my face. I usually love spa days and do them whenever I travel, but this was a wild experience.

This is a very nice spa! Had the best massage ever from Jada, she really knows what she is doing! I think hands down the best massage ever but I'm sure everyone says that. She found all my knots my only regret is I just wish I had booked the 80 min session with her. There is a huge dry sauna here also. The steam sauna was down.

I really can't say enough good things about this place! Ms. Jackie at the front was so sweet. She really genuinely cares and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I chose the mother's day package which was a massage and facial and left feeling more relaxed than ever.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by two of the nicest ladies that worked the front desk. After being checked in the Staff escorted me to men's lounge area and showed me where the men's locker room. While waiting for my massage an facial there was refreshments provide, moments before my services the knowledgeable staff that was going to provide my massage an facial, Came out an introduce themselves to me an enlightened me on what to expect. I was totally impressed an pleased.

Today was a perfect day. My brother is getting married so my fiance, father and brother all went to Vegas for the weekend. So, us ladies decided to have ourselves a spa day and chose Spa Blu as our location. It was amazing! My 80 minute swedish-asian massage was the best massage I have ever had. The signature facial was great! My skin looks amazing. My blu heaven pedi was also really nice. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our day and cant wait to do it again. The facilities were great and the staff was so friendly and knowledgable. They were very professional and everything was top of the line. I have never felt so relaxed, refreshed and cleansed. Kudos to Spa Blu and their awesome staff!

My bestie and I go everyone each time we visit and have NEVER been disappointed. Everyone is friendly but very respectful. Our visit isn't complete until our spa day.

Very friendly, relaxing and everything a gentleman could hope for.. it is nice to not be concerned about your towel and be able to use it as intended to dab sweat
