AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. Completely dishonest (I have retained a lawyer) caused a massive flood in my basement and the hot tub has NEVER worked properly. I wish I could say more negative things but you get the gist. DO NOT HIRE THEM you will regret it. Ask around - I have never heard a positive thing saia about them - I wish i would have known before hiring them....and it was an expensive custom job. They got the electric wrong, the pump size, the filters - everything and I'm going to make them pay me back. I have never written a yelp review before but this has been so shocking I had to. Criminal.

We purchased our hot tub from Harbor Hot Tubs a few years ago. It recently needed repairs, and we hired Harbor Hot Tubs to fix it. However, after the repairs were completed it no longer holds water (which was NOT one of the issues prior to repairs.) We’ve been calling them for 7 weeks to come fix it, and they have still not responded to us or come to fix it. Future buyers beware.

My dad first bought a hot tub 20 years ago from Harbor Hot Tubs. Exceptional service and becoming part of the Harbor Hot Tub family ensued. Alas, the tub finally conked out. The team jumped into action, got us through the tail end of last summer, and helped us plan the future. Minor tweaks in positioning, and helping us think through how we wanted the overall space to function around a new tub led to a simple yet extremely impactful change to our deck. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. It looks great!!! I love the hot tub, and more importantly, I love the efforts by all the team members, from showroom to designing to construction to service. Awesome and THANKYOU!!

I have been a customer for 20 years. I just bought my second hot tub...which we enjoy daily. Gus installed my pool liner, so I guess I am a very loyal customer...and a very pleased Customer. Doug is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, not a hard sell. Renee Fertig

I have a harbor hot tubs hot tub. I get in it almost every night it is the most amazing thing I ever added to my home. The installation was quick and easy the guys were really friendly! Gus, Alex, Tina and Doug are always available to answer a question and provide me with cleaning materials. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for hot tub this is where you go! They are the best!!!

We could not be happier with this company- what a FANTASTIC team!!! This is our 2nd spa with Harbor Hot Tubs/Sparkling Pools. The installation team were professional and pleasant to deal with. Chris came by at the end of the day to check on the spa, answer any questions we had and make sure we were happy with our purchase. What a great company and a great experience- highly recommend.

Ian and the team have been serving my folks pool for years. I needed a refresher on how the whole system worked, and Ian came by and spent the necessary time to help me. They have excellent people from top to bottom, and the service is top quality. I highly recommend Harbor Hot Tubs and Sparkling Pools.
