Super friendly and very helpful just went and was pointed in the right direction on what to purchase. They gave me a cooll recommendation excited to try. Happy they had a Lisa Ann film! Would happily come again.

Having multiple customers standing outside of a shop for an hour with a be back in 20 minutes sign in the window while you’re supposed to be open till 7 PM at 4-5 PM is ridiculous. Just close the shop so that I can move on with my day and not stand outside a shop in a bad area, anticipating somebody being back quick in 20 only to sit there for an hour. No one ever showed up, I left and just went someone else when I could’ve been doing that an hour prior. What a waste of time. Update: Carlos went above and beyond, after an evening where i sat outside the shop for an hour while a "be back in 20 minutes" sign was hung in the window. I called the shop repeatedly but gave up after the hr. Carlos reached out that next day, explaining there had been some sort of emergency that took place (understandable). I think it just would have been best to put a signs that mentioned "closed earlier" if there was a risk of noone coming back so people didn't sit outside the shop but, the fact that Carlos even reached out to fix things honestly was really cool of him to do. I appreciate the effort to make things right!

I’m genuinely impressed. The material is soft, the design is elegant, and it works exactly the way it should. A perfect blend of comfort and pleasure.

Great customer service, and the toys were fun

I never post any reviews , but this place here with the lovely staff (Diana) deserves one ! I go on the website I see they were offering curbside pick up . I texted the number that was on the website and got a quick response ! She helped and answer every single question and doubt I had . So much help and patience she had ! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ALL ! I haven’t been into the store but I know I’d definitely feel welcomed and be tooken care of just the way she did through the phone !!! Thank you so much DIANA

The place was small and did not have much things I wanted to see. However, the service of the owner was really nice. That makes me feel to come there again.
