Silver Seas Beach Club Resort

We love this place coming here 3 years now and it just gets better each time. Very clean and well kept, the pool is heated also. The front desk, Norma, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Our room was very clean just perfect. The location is also perfect right across from the beach and in the middle of everything, eaterys and entertainment. Will be sure to be back again.

We stayed 4 nights at Silver Seas, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room had a bedroom, living room, small dining area and kitchen, complete with fridge, stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The saltwater pool was a refreshing change from heavily chlorinated pools you find at so many hotels.||Service was outstanding. Norma runs the resort and is always ready to lend a hand or give local suggestions. ||The beach is literally across the street from the hotel and very easy to get to. ||The hotel is in the middle of the action with many bars and restaurants nearby. There is a CVS just down the street, which was very convenient.

This was my family's first trip for a very long time! Driving down from Rhode island, we were very tired and ready to hit the hay! When we arrived, the staff at the desk was so kind and helpful with information about the area, the resort, and amenities they offer. And upon opening our door to our condo, it was AMAZING! Ocean side views for the whole week! The room was so spacious, with a full table, kitchen, large living room and bedroom, bathroom, extremely clean! The pool and proximity to the beach was just perfect! And set right along the beach, all the shops were in such a walkable distance for all members of our party! I can't recommend Silver Seas enough! 10/10! Best stay I've ever had!

The photos are so deceiving. We arrived to the lobby, if you could call it that, and immediately noticed the smell. Musty! We got to the room and broke into hysterics. It’s so old and trashy. We literally booked a new hotel for the rest of our stay. The next morning we asked for some beach chairs and towels while we waited for our daughter to arrive. They had two chairs. One had tears in the seat. The towels were old. We tried to get our money back for two of the nights but they refused. How anyone could give it a good review is baffling. The location is the only good thing about it! We travel a lot and I have a travel blog. We ended up calling it Silver Seas If it’s your last resort. It was the joke of our week in Fort Lauderdale! Big thumbs down! ( I’ve literally never written a bad review!)

The place is greatly located on the beach. Staff was very helpful and responded positively to all our demands. Nice BBQ dining area. Pool was heated when we got there. Place is very clean and rooms have all you need to sleeping and cook your meals. Walking to a CVS and a strip of shops and restaurants. Close to a grocery Store.

Terrible customer service. Predatory operations. Booked through booking.com. A blizzard through our area is preventing travel. I have seen several instances of hotels refunding the deposit. They decided to keep the money even though the trip was cancelled for safety reasons. They then wanted me to plan a whole new vacation over the phone to prevent them from taking the money. Beware, if you have any issues, you will be dealing with inept staff/management. Lady at the front desk stated: it’s not our fault you made the mistake of booking… It was their choice to take advantage of the situation and they chose to.

We stayed here for a week and this place was awesome! The rooms are not updated but we weren’t in our rooms much so that didn’t bother us. Everything was clean and I liked that there was a security guard outside at night. The beach is directly across the street so that was perfect and Norma even had some beach chairs for the 6 of us to use. Everything is so close! Publix will even deliver your groceries for free. Speaking of Norma, she was amazing! She was very accommodating and very attentive. I would love to stay here again.♥️♥️
