If I could give Karen 10,000 stars, I would. I've heard so much about her from others and how great her service is! She's awesome from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Her massage skills are excellent! You can tell she takes pride in her job and loves what she does. Last but not least, what a peaceful spirit she has. You can feel it in the air! If you're ever in the Lynchburg area, definitely try to book with her. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be visiting her every time I come in from Atlanta!

A charming bed and breakfast conveniently located near University of Lynchburg. The friendly staff, especially innkeeper Barnes (Wanda was away on holiday), made me feel right at home went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. My room was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, the jacuzzi was fabulous, and I appreciate the snacks and fruit in the lobby. Highly recommended if you want a personalized and relaxing stay!

Diamond in the rough...a gem hidden away! Wanda and staff treat guests like family and provide first class amenities! The rooms are thoughtfully planned out and BEAUTIFULLY built. Truly and amazing place. Food is FAB!! We cannot wait to go back!

We won a bid on a gift certificate for one night through our pbs station in Syracuse. This was a terrific place to stay. Everything was great, spacious room, quiet, nice area, good friendly service. We’ll return next time we’re in the area.

This is a jewel in the crown of Lynchburg. The welcome is so personal and kind, the owner Wanda is a uniquely kind and caring who just wants you to feel at home. The rooms are beautifully clean and so well equipped. The breakfasts are monumental and the Bistro staff amazing, kind and caring, with a smile and a very warm welcome. Wanda made everyone so welcome, we had folks from UK, Ethiopia, Malaysia, India US and South Africa and every single one of our colleagues were greeted with the very same warmth and kindness. To say I would highly recommend this beautiful gem is an understatement, it was home from home. Thank you Wanda and all the fabulous staff at the Lodge. I’m sure I will come back.
