The best. Lovely foyer. The fireplace is so welcoming. Professional & courteous staff. Our patio room was such a treat! Very special. Would definitely want this room again! Laundry facilities with extremely fair pricing. Restaurant onsite. And one of the rare locations that caters to semi trucks & trailers by having parking available for them! Such a wonderful asset for us!!! We certainly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect - restaurants & shopping in walking distance.

From the first moment I walked into this Doubletree Hotel, Nike (the front desk hostess) made me feel welcome and relaxed. During this and all future interactions she was super nice, courteous, helpful, and kind. Thanks to Nike, I knew my stay there was going to be special - read on! I found the temperature of the hotel hallways and bar/restaurant to be very comfortable even as the temperature outside was erratic (December 21-23, 2025). All staff I encountered were very cordial and offered assistance - even when not asked. I felt at home. All door locks and keyless entries in the app worked flawlessly which added to the sense of security. This property should be used as a standard for all Hilton properties. The only issue I has was that someone had locked the in-room safe open. This did not pose a problem for me as I didn't need to use it, so I did not report it to the staff. Please book this hotel the next time, and every time, you're going to Disney or Knott's Berry Farm and/or have to be near Koreatown anytime in the future. You won't be disappointed. We had a wonderful experience hosting our annual breakfast meeting at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From start to finish, the staff was professional, attentive, and extremely accommodating. The event space was clean, well-organized, and set up exactly as requested, which made our meeting run smoothly.||The breakfast was fresh, well-presented, and received great feedback from all of our attendees. The team on-site ensured everything stayed on schedule and was quick to assist with any needs throughout the event.||Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton provided an excellent environment for a successful and enjoyable meeting. We truly appreciate the level of service and hospitality and look forward to hosting future events here. Highly recommend!

Ladies & Gentlemen Buena Park Double Tree is the best Hotel in the 714 hands down and it’s close to Disney land & there’s bunch of restaurants near by as well, the atmosphere here is great and the staff and faculty goes above and beyond, especially Jessica , Alex and Mr Tommy. One the I do enjoy about my stay is the Rooms are clean and same with the bedsheets. The TV’s here are smart TV’s and they have really good quality and it has Netflix built in. Also the hotel has bunch of amenities and the gym here is solid. Plus the got a huge pool and a Hot Spa as well. Also the rooms have great noise cancellation especially since i sleep during thru the days & I can’t hear my neighbors as well. I would highly recommend coming and staying at this establishment in Buena Park. Best hotel on Beach Blvd.

Our stay was great. The room that we got was very tidy and neat. The check in process was very smooth and easy. The front desk clerk, Nike, helped us quite a bit with our check in because she was able to give us the same room we had been using for our next booking when two other friends were going to join us. That made it easy since we didn’t have to pack up our things that we had already set in the drawers that are available in the room. Side note: The complimentary cookies were also delicious.

I arrived to the hotel late because I had a long drive from Phoenix. I called in while I was on the road. I knew I was going to arrive around midnight spoke to Simon on the phone. He was very courteous and noted that I would arrive late and when I did finally arrive Nike took care of me. She was very sweet and went above and beyond making sure I got my cookies, asking if any of us had any nut allergies, asking if I needed water. She was wonderful. Simon and Nike made the experience very special and memorable.

I had a great stay at the DoubleTree Hilton. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and of course, the warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch. When my sister and a few friends came to visit for a few hours, the front desk went above and beyond—they gave us six cookies and even allowed them to park for free during their short visit. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The location is also super convenient—we were able to walk to Knott’s Berry Farm, and having Porto’s right next door was perfect. We stayed here last year and returned this year. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again.
