O

I stopped by this restaurant before a show. There were a few people inside but with plenty of seats available. My show was nearby so I decided to stop by this place for a quick bite. I ordered the birch juice, pelmini, borscht and Uzbek samsa. The birch juice was refreshing and slightly sweet. It was the perfect size of borscht. The borscht was light and filling at the same time. I make my own borscht at home at was deliciously comparable. I like that they garnished it with dill. I love dill. The Uzbek samsa was fluffy and crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. I could really taste the seasonings. I think they may use cumin in it. I could eat a few of these! The pelmini must be homemade, because the dough itself was thin but chewy. I love pelmini, and these are my favorite so far. I also loved the dill garnish as well. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

I am a pierogi fiend and the pierogis here are excellent. They're not the big plump Ukrainian style, which are my favorite, but if you like the boiled and smaller dumpling style, you will enjoy these. Super good. Vibe in here is awesome and cozy, though the place is tiny so not exactly a "bring your family" joint. More of a date place. Pickles are very strong and they give you a lot, so I would say only order the pickle sampler if you feel strongly that you can commit to eating a lot of pickles. I didn't realize how many pickles we were about to receive and my body was not ready. The little pumpkin piroshkies though -- oh my god. They were so good I had a second order. Go for these alone. And lastly the Lenin Drop. What??? How is beet vodka so good?? How is a beet lemon drop so good??? My husband says it's just because I have Eastern European in my blood but he's wrong. The Lenin Drop is awesome and you should absolutely have one if you come here. 10/10, eat here. Or just have a Lenin Drop.

This place has, hands down, the best piroshki I've eaten in Seattle. They're beautiful and the cream and added condiments completely change their flavour profile. Plus, they serve it in these big thick bowls so the dumplings stay warm longer, enabling you to enjoy it. You go here for the food, not service- and that's what docked a star. I got no water, and for cutlery- only got a fork, no spoon or knife; and between getting my food and me paying up, I didn't find anyone whom I could ask for either. Still, the food here is amazing. I strongly recommend giving this place a shot if you're in the area.

Came here for restaurant week and the dinner for 2 deal was incredible! As an Eastern European and vegetarian, I can’t recommend this place enough!

The vegan dumplings are out of this world. Appreciate the unique and tasty NA cocktail options. Super cute vibe, the exact type of bar I want to be in during the winter especially!

The beet vodka is a must try! We had the restaurant week menu which comes with a set of pickled veggies, bread, dumplings and dessert. The pickles are refreshing - liked the beets and carrots. The dumplings are acquired taste. The honey cake was simply too sweet.

Just moved to the neighborhood. This cocktail bar has the best vibes of any bar nearby. The snacks and cocktails were lovely too.
