This place was actually recommended to me by one of the regulars at Rider, so of course I had to see what the hype was about! We came here right after our nice dinner at Musang, and the place was already packed when we arrived. You can definitely feel that lively Belltown energy the moment you walk in with dim lighting, chill music, and that cool, slightly hipster lounge vibe that fits perfectly in the neighborhood. The entire staff was already in full Halloween mode, and the bar was decked out with festive decorations everywhere even the drinks were themed! Lol. It was definitely a fun surprise to experience that early in the season. The service was fast, and the bartenders were super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Drinks were beautifully crafted, strong, balanced, and totally on theme! Overall, Rob Roy totally lives up to its reputation with great cocktails, fun atmosphere, quick service, and welcoming staff. Perfect spot for a nightcap after dinner or if you want to feel like a local in the heart of Belltown.

I love that there are some couches to give it a lounge type vibe. They’ve got it decorated for Christmas pretty early and they’ve done an amazing job! 🤩 From the moment I got to the door to the time I left, the staff was so friendly and chill. We had a bigger group and they were busy but still gave us good service. A themed menu is always so fun to me. I got the "Yipee ki yay mf" - an Ube incorporated drink on the sweeter side. The cups and embellishments for the drinks were festive and definitely got people excited. I liked the mini Santa head mugs they used for shots 😂 The restrooms are gender neutral for anyone who may be taken aback without knowing ahead of time. Unfortunately because of that it smelled strongly of urine and I imagine it’s hard to stay on top of when it’s really busy. The main areas they kept clean and were fast at turning over the tables for more guests/keeping your areas clear of used glasses. This is a great spot to prefunk prior to other events, just to grab a drink, or visit during the holiday season to get your festive fix!

Rob Roy has nice holiday decorations and a cozy vibe, but unfortunately the drinks were not good. The flavors were off and hard to enjoy, especially for the price. We only ordered 2 drinks and were still disappointed. They also automatically added gratuity to the bill, which didn’t feel right given the drink quality. Probably wouldn’t come back for cocktails.

Being in belltown area for a while wanted to check out Rob Roy. Finally we did and it did not disappoint. It was one of the good bars we've been to. The drinks are amazing and the staff there is warm and friendly. Highly recommend trying it out.

I finally came here for Black Lagoon Pop Up (my town doesn’t do it for whatever reason) and it did not disappoint! I ordered a white zombie (non alcoholic) in a skull glass and it was one of the best mocktails I’ve ever had. The bartender was very fast, friendly, and attentive. I’ll be back next year!

I love Rob Roy anytime but especially during the Holidays for their Miracle in 2nd Avenue decor and cocktail menu. The festive vibes gives me such joy. The service here is always top notch year round. The Holiday cocktails are $20 to $25 each, so it's a "one and done" place for me, but ALWAYS a part of my Holiday Bar rotation. We had No Wait but it was late at night and a week before Thanksgiving. If you go early in the evening and in December be prepared to wait as long 30 minutes to get in, especially if you have more than 2 people in your group. They don't take reservations and there's always a line

In from Ohio to visit friends. No direct issues with the staff they were all nice. But we got multiple different drinks that all tasted like medicine. $61 for 2 drinks with gratuity added. No presentation. Couldn’t even drink the hot chocolate. And I’m a psycho about wasted shit, I finish everything. So much potential but the product needs a lot more work. It was packed though because of the Christmas lights so it might not be a concern. It didn’t help that I was told 30 min when we got in line and after 15 min they went out of there way to tell us 10 more minutes and we waited an hour so…
