El Dorado Furniture is a place where shopping feels pleasant. The stores are well-organized, the environment is nice, and they offer beautiful, quality furniture. However, the prices are extremely high. Honestly, you see something that looks nice, but when you check the price, you really have to think twice. It feels like they don’t consider the real value of the items—they throw out prices like "$2,999" as if it were "$2". In today’s world, with the cost of living so high, it’s hard for a regular family to justify spending that kind of money. I’d love to shop there more often, but honestly, I think they should reconsider their pricing if they want to be more accessible.

good afternoon, I have reported an accident that has happened to me with a DOMO brand modular that I bought for my patio, customer service has been terrible, I have less than a year with the furniture and from the first call they made to me, I went attended in a way that is not appropriate to treat a customer, when I have received wonderful attention from my saleswoman alvia alvarez in the store, I receive an email from Mrs. Isabella enamorado, assuming that the The piece of furniture broke due to a bad move that I made, the malfunction that this department has towards the clients is disrespectful...

Ordered a dining set on October, 2020. The table delivered had different color from the ordered. The explanation from El Dorado was that it was natural wood, but the stain was totally different (light color when I ordered a dark one). I had to return it. Placed a new order for a new dining set, this time a "manufactured" set so there shouldn't be any variations from the ordered piece. I was told it was backorder and will be delivered in 2 months (december). After much waiting... the set arrived today, Feb 4, 2021, 4 months after original order. I was expecting a new table, but got a used, food stained and scratched table. Of course I returned it. To management: Please don't set false expectations or make false promises. If you say you will deliver a dark table, then do it. If you promise a "new" table, don't deliver a returned or used product.
