Nordstrom Rack

Compressed but very well laid out Nordstrom Rack location. The rack will keep all your traditional Nordstrom brands mixed in with some fun new ones and this location is no exception. Can definitely be a tough place to find shoe selections so be ready for that.

Angelie shouldn’t have the title of manager since she is rude and not polite with the clients. Gave me a hard time with a nasty attitude taking her sweetie time to attend the call from the cashier. Disappointed and not going back to the Nordstrom Rack at Midtown.

Honestly this made absolutely no sense to me. If I already placed an ONLINE order, why am I being forced to stand in the same long line as people who are shopping and paying?? I’m literally just picking something up that’s already paid for. What is the point of ordering online then? On top of that, instead of helping me with a simple request to hold the item for ONE more day, the representative kept pushing a refund like that was the only solution. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was asking for basic flexibility and customer service. Overall the whole experience was frustrating, unorganized, and felt like no one was actually listening. Definitely not what I expected.

Clothing items are lacking. A lot of old and unattractive styles. Not enough sandals in larger sizes. Service is seriously lacking. No one smiled or said hello. A male employee gave me a nasty stare several times and it felt tense and unwelcoming. Worst rack experience and I’ve shopped at many locations nationwide

Very pleasant to shop here. It’s spacious, fresh, organized and has bathrooms. Also a nice variety of brands I found a cool rl hoodie

We haven’t been in over a year and was very disappointed to see the deterioration in the store. It was a complete mess with clothes and shoes all over the place. There was no one putting shoes away that people try on and leave all over the floor. One could barely walk much less push the shopping cart because of things thrown around . It was a shock to see this store that was always immaculate and organized with excellent customer service and amazing products have go down so fast.

Even on Christmas EVE, I got what I wanted and out in less than 40 mins. Line was 15 deep. Effectively done.👏🏾
