Good billiards spot, terrible bar. Came in here a couple of nights ago with some friends for the bar since it was nearby and seemed like an escape from upscale and bougie Miami. Bar seemed nice at first but we quickly realized we ended up at crappy bar and should have just Ubered somewhere else. when we first got there the bar wasn’t busy which would typically be ideal but we had to constantly flag down the bartender . As someone that comes from the restaurant industry i understand if you’re swamped and hit with a rush that you can’t get to every customer in a timely fashion but when I see that you’re constantly going on your phone and eating chips in front of customers + having the help of a bar back and an empty bar? Come on man there’s just no excuse at that point, me and my friends constantly went a while waiting for another round, it’s one thing if one person has an empty glass and is waiting for the next round but when you take so long to the point where the whole group is waiting then that’s just a bad look, multiple times keep in mind. Bartender also seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Would not recommend coming here to drink, you’ll go a while waiting on a second round lol Also charging more then 4$ for a beer in plastic cup is crazy, this ain’t a frat party lol Attached some photos, pictures don’t lie.
Never disappoints. Every time we go there (about 2 times a week) we always have fun. The crowd is an older crowd, it has a variety of music, bar food is really good (waffle fries with cheese) and the service is AMAZING! The entire staff, from when you enter to the server girls, everyone is amazing! I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
This place has a serious problem with how guests are treated. The receptionist created an uncomfortable atmosphere with a rude and dismissive attitude. There was no politeness, no willingness to help, and no sense of basic professionalism. Simple interaction felt tense and unnecessary, as if customers are an inconvenience. A front desk should make people feel welcome, not judged or brushed off. Instead of enjoying the place, the negative attitude overshadowed everything and made the experience unpleasant from the start. There are many other places that understand customer service and respect. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Nataly was hostile and disrespectful from the very first interaction. Her body language alone raised eyebrows, eye-rolling, and a dismissive attitude made it clear she did not want to be there and did not care about customers at all. The way she spoke to us was rude and condescending, as if we were bothering her simply by asking for service. There was zero professionalism and no basic customer courtesy. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave immediately rather than be treated any further like that. This is the kind of behavior that drives customers away permanently. Management needs to seriously reevaluate who they have representing their business. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. Will not be returning.
Terrible attitude and hostile environment I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated at this place. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with eye-rolling, short answers, and a clear sense of annoyance, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. There was no effort to communicate respectfully or resolve anything calmly. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and completely unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere that ruined the entire experience before it even started. A place like this should be about having a good time, not dealing with hostility at the front desk. Management seriously needs to address how staff interacts with customers, because this level of attitude drives people away. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect and professionalism.
love coming here to play pool.. after having a rough evening decided to come with some friends to have drinks to try to enjoy the rest of my night. waited roughly 15 minutes at the bar until someone acknowledged us and took our order. we were barely checked on throughout the night. after my friends and i each had roughly 2-3 drinks in the span of the 3.5 hours we were at the bar, the bartender cut us off. my friend politely asked for another drink and she said "i’m not serving you guys right now" in a rude manner. don’t really understand why we were cut off as we were just minding our business and listening and dancing to the music. very disappointed in the customer service, will not be coming back here anymore.
This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, Nataly treated us with extreme disrespect. Her attitude was disgusting raised eyebrows, rude facial expressions, and a condescending tone as if we were an inconvenience for simply being there. She spoke to us in a way that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. There was zero courtesy, zero respect, and absolutely no customer service skills displayed. We felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that we left immediately without receiving service. No customer should ever be treated this way. Employees like this damage a business’s reputation, and management seriously needs to address this. I will never return and strongly warn others not to waste their time or money here.
