Worst service I do t know is Andrea or the manager wich one is worst

I wanted to take the time and write a review about a young lady by the name of Laura Lipman. Laura went above and beyond to help me with a problem with a pair of shoes that I was trying to exchange for a different color. The headquarters never bothered to send me the shoes and just credited my credit card. When I called the customer service the lady said they were trying to charge my credit card and didn't go thru. The problem with that was it was an even exchange Now they were out of the shoes. So I called the store in Doral and was inquiring about another sandal w the same heel. Laura said she would hold them for me so I went over there. I start talking to Laura and she said let me look this up. Sure enough she said they do have the shoes if you want I can order them for you. She not only ordered the shoes, but tracked them for me and sent me all the information by email. I just received the shoes. So Happy!!!! I've worked in customer service most of my life and this young lady is an asset to this company. I hope upper management sees this review and compensate her in some way. She truly deserves it. Employees like Laura is an asset to the company brand. Not only do I love Cole Haan shoes I love this store thanks to Laura. Thanks again Laura. I got my shoes today. God bless!!! Annette Armand Pabon

Probably one of the worst womans shoes on the market. Total piece of garbage. They separate from the sole of the shoe the tips on the heels fall off. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand of shoes. There totally a crappy manufacturer and they Cole Haan do not stand behind their products.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the manager and sales associate that dealt with my exchange yesterday. At first it was contentious, but nobody lost their cool and overall, it was handled very well, particularly the manager on staff and the young lady attending me. Aside from the great value I always get at the store, my recent interaction confirmed why I like shopping at Cole Haan. Again, thank you for patience, and your already loyal customer has now become an advocate for the store. My apologies for being curt at any moment. All the best.

I went to the store pick up a pair of shoes priced at $39.97 from clearance shelf. At the register I was told that was not the correct price and that I couldn’t take the shoes. Manager on duty was not help. The associate asked her to match price and she just stated. He could sale the shoes and didn’t honor price on the box. Even when she new it was their mistake because one of their associate was the one who brought the shoes down from the shelf for me.

So I purchased two pairs of shoes two weeks ago. I take it back to the store to return one of them. I paid with a debit card so they should give me cash back but they don’t. They tell me it’s a debit back to my card. I tell the clerk that the money want go back right away. She then says that’s what they do. Once the transaction is completed I log on to my account and show her that the money is not in the account. She then says it will take three to five businesses days. They took it the same minute but to give it back they take days.
