Military Hospitality Lounge

A great lounge at the Miami international airport for military members, active, retired, and family members. It is free of charge, but runs on donations and the kindness of the volunteers who work there. A very quiet place even with the kids there and they have additional area for families with toys, kids seating, and adults seating. Free snacks, and drinks. I liked that it was located outside security. We had to arrive at the airport three hours before the airline would check in our bags so we had little choice but outside. This was a great option so we could at least rest for a little bit without being in the crowded and noisy terminal. Thank you for your help!

We are incredibly grateful for the USO Military Lounge at this airport. My family and I were able to truly rest during our three-hour layover, which made such a difference in our travel experience. The lounge has everything you need to relax, comfortable seating, a place to charge your phone, and a welcoming environment. It was especially wonderful to have space and entertainment for our child, allowing all of us to unwind before our next flight. This place is truly amazing, and we are so thankful for the support and comfort the USO provides to military families.

This is a nice place for prior service members and their families to wait during a layovers. I’ve visited the lounge twice and each time I’ve felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The chairs are extremely comfortable, there are free snacks and drinks available. There are two computers available, tv’s, and blankets (with a small donations). What I like most is that theres an opportunity to connect with service members of different ages, cultures, and ethnicities. Ms. Yolanda is an amazing volunteer and a great representative for the lounge. She is very friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10!

What a wonderful place inside the Miami airport. I have been traveling for a total of 24 hours and was having very bad anxiety. After arriving in the busy Miami airport this was a fresh retreat away. They are not affiliated with the USO but are very accommodating just like the USO. They even have a sleep lounge area. If you have a layover here and are military please come by and stay a awhile. Also make a donation they are non profit. They even have a family room for families to sit and relax. They do not have much food at all to snack on but a few chips and coffee. Please come relax and support. I def needed to be in a calm place and this was it and was able to regroup and make my last flight. I would call however to ensure that they are open and to know where they are located. Ensure you call so you don’t waste your time walking over and out of the security entrance.

Stuck in Miami for 8 hours after a cruise... This lounge is a godsend! Very comfy reclininers & snacks & sodas... and fantastic volunteers! And thanks again if you're active duty or a vet, you owe it to yourself to pay a visit. Can't begin to tell you how much better this made my day!! So grateful it's here.

Great spot for military community to relax at the airport. Right next to security check outside terminal E. Not part of the USO but same attention to detail and services.

A very nice lounge similar to but not affiliated with USO. Offers free access to military; free WiFi, comfy chairs, coffee drinks, etc. Very friendly staff. A few snack option.
