Don’t Tell Papi

After celebrating my birthday at Don’t Tell Papi this past weekend, this has become my favorite place when going out with friends for drinks and dance with great 80’s 90’s music. With a classic atmosphere, incredibly good service and reasonable prices. This is not the place to go show off and spend thousands, this is the place to spend a really good time with friends like in the goos old days. Thank you Desiree for bringing us.

Really fun speakeasy in Coral Gables. The drinks are great, service is really good and the music is really fun. It's a super small place and it's loud but it's super fun for a night out with friends.

We recently had dinner at Don't Tell Papi, and it was a memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting with its modern decor and cozy lighting. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. I started with the empanadas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful ingredients. For the main course, I had the churrasco, cooked to perfection and served with a delectable chimichurri sauce. The sides of yucca fries and plantains complemented the meal wonderfully. The highlight of the evening was the dessert. The tres leches cake was moist and rich, providing a perfect sweet ending to the meal. The cocktails were also noteworthy, with a creative selection that added a fun twist to the dining experience. Don't Tell Papi exceeded my expectations with its excellent food, great service, and inviting atmosphere. I recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful dinner in a charming setting.

This place is listed as a speakeasy. I would not call it that, it’s just a very, very small club. The entrance is in an alley very well marked with a red light, a doorman and security. The club was not much bigger than a hotel room. Very loud music and very crowded with maybe 20 people. we each had a drink, that was mostly juice and then we left.
