Beautiful selection for decor and frames, the Manager of this location was incredibly kind, authentic and helpful. We took advantage of the new 10 minute framing. This was a last minute thank you gift idea. We needed it fast and of good quality. Michaels delivered! We got a custom print of our group, It came with a mat and frame! It was quick, easy and really affordable.

10 outta 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you don't want to work, you should quit. Young girl at the register was rude and had the worst attitude. I've used my phone to scan rewards and receipts multiple times and I've never had to change my screen from dark to light. If necessary I will increase the brightness but that's it. That little pregnant girl snatched my phone out of my hand. I really had to catch myself and I snatched it back from her. My pick up was COMPLETELY wrong and with an attitude and no help just tries to return the stuff. Oh and not to mention she obviously doesn't know anything about HTV and can't read. I told her I wanted what I ordered. Just as lazy as she can be calls for a manager. The "manager" (another young girl) compares the receipt, sees its wrong and goes to get the correct items. I did tell her about the associates attitude and just like a kid, she says..."it happens". Ya'll I had to get out of that store. I am NEVER going back.

Didn't feel welcome at all, but that's not what I went for. My son wanted a new sketch book and new pencils so that's we got so that's the great thing.

I absolutely love this place, well organized, always has the supplies that I need for my art studio and production. My wife also finds everything that she needs for her classroom as well as home goods. Hey if you are in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed. Let me know what think? A place where you get different stationery items. I did not get what I wanted. They asked me to order online. Otherwise a great place where you get everything that is needed for arts and crafting work. Well maintained place and friendly and polite staff

I had an issue with something so I called multiple times to speak to a manager, Brendan? I believe. Left my number and messages but never received a call. It's fine. It's easily the worst Michaels in the DFW area anyways.

The new store manager is awful. Not friendly or helpful. She's also selling broken items at full price (pictured, and they've been there a week). There are never enough associates to assist customers. I have done laps in that store and have not seen an employee. Customers are left fend for themselves. We should expect more from the store that's so close to corporate. But I guess corporate doesn't care. There are only a few, maybe 3 or 4, employees that are helpful. But they're not scheduled often enough. I usually see the same unhelpful, lazy, and rude employees.
